Love the hotel but rooms need to be more sound proof
Pros:

Beautiful hotel, very clean and great location!

Cons:

We were on the top floor (6th) and being right next to Chapel st, we could hear absolutely everything going on outside - cars zooming past super late at night, music from bars, people yelling. It was very hard to fall asleep with all that going on until 1am on a Friday night.
