Pros:

great location, large room, with door that opened onto a courtyard. staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

the step in shower/bath tub was very high...a serious slip hazzard. i know many people who would not be able to climb into this and feel that its a bit dangerous.

Had a lovely time with my partner to celebrate our anniversary, and would consider coming back!
Pros:

Room was fantastic - very spacious and cosy. Great wall bracket on the TV to help face the couch or bed. Gym and pool were delightful. Staff were friendly & more generally, hotel was in a great location.

Cons:

Wasn't a big issue, but room service food was a little underwhelming for the price. Menu was fine to navigate in general, but didn't have images for everything which would've helped. Bathroom a little outdated but still very functional.
