You pay for what you get! If you need a good nights rest I would recommend somewhere else!
Pros:

In this situation you pay for what you get. The room was extremely small. On the website it says breakfast was offered. There is no hot breakfast. I had to order in. The bed was extremely uncomfortable we did not sleep at all. I will give credit for a clean room. Overall, I would not book this room for an overnight stay or romantic getaway.

Cons:

A bed that is comfortable and don't roll away from climbing into it. Some actual breakfast as mentioned on the website and more than one outlet within the room.

Cons:

My bed broke at 3am. Didn't do anything crazy it just fell apart. The front desk person did a great job of helping me by moving me to a new room with no hassle.

My family is excited for our next stay at this location in Minneapolis when we return
Pros:

I used to travel a lot for work, I've visited Microtel locations in 5 states, multiple locations in each state-- this is hands down the best Microtel I have ever stayed in. I very much appreciated out comfortable room, the kind staff, and very nice room. Mattress has a Mattress cover under the sheets, no pests, no smoking. More breakfast than I expected and fresh milk.

Cons:

It would have been nice if the pull out couch my daughter was meant to sleep on had clean sheets-- they had the previous tenant's personal underwear and blankets built into the bed.

Great location not too far from the mall of America not too far from a Walmart right across the street from the Walmart
