It's ok as long as you don't have any issues

I checked in just after midnight, the room temp was 89 degrees.. I turned on the AC but after an hour it only dropped 2 degrees. I called the front desk for another room, but they were at capacity and offered to check my thermostat, but there was nothing else they could do.

I tried to get a refund, but they refused because they didn't see this as a problem. So I just had to try to sleep in the almost 90 degree room. I still don't understand why this process had to be that difficult.

Better than expected. When we saw a rating of only 3 out of 5 we were cautious, but after reading reviews we decided to give it a try as most of the negative reviews were a few years ago before a remodel was completed. So glad we did!! The parking lot is gated and you get a code when you check in. That immediately gave us some peace of mind as this was just a stop over on our way to our destination and we didn’t want to unload everything from the car. The hotel was SPOTLESS!! Our room was very comfortable, bigger than expected with a larger than normal fridge that had a freezer that was actually functional. I was able to unload our entire cooler into the fridge and refreeze the ice I had. The bed was very comfortable with a variety of pillows to choose from. The only thing a little odd was the sink vanity area was in a different room than the actual bathroom so no sink right there in the bathroom to wash your hands. Not a big deal just a little odd. We didn’t eat breakfast, but it looked like there was a better than average variety with both hot and traditional cold choices. All the staff I encountered were pleasant and very helpful. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again, in fact I would seek it out.

Room was large and comfortable. Staff was friendly and pleasant. The breakfast was great with a wide selection of items. Pancakes, sausage, eggs, biscuits, gravy, toast and bagels, cereal and yogurt and cookies. The parking lot was secure with a coded gate which I liked. The freeway was close for easy on/off access. I would definitely stay here again if I go back to Memphis

For the most part, I really enjoyed my stay. The room was spotless, the location was perfect for my plans, and I appreciated having access to the fitness room. The continental breakfast was a nice touch, and the staff were all fantastic. Overall, I’m giving this spot the highest rating and will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Loved my stay here. I was here for a work trip and found it comfortable, clean, and I absolutely loved the free cappuccinos from the machine in the lobby.

Property/room was up to date but lacked a place to hang clothes which my wife and I thought was weird. First time ever being in a hotel room with no where to hang your garments. Front desk said all rooms were like that. Also staff seemed to all be Indian (from India). Had a very hard time understanding them.

Clean hotel class to airport

The outlet in the bathroom did not work, there were hairs on the bathtub. The coffe pot was a 5 cup and the coffee provided was for one cup and then the coffee pot didn’t work. You heard all the noises from outside and in the hallway. There were scorch marks going up the walk where one of the outlets caught fire. The bed was hard and so were the two little pillows provided.

The hotel and room was clean and well maintained.

I can in town for a wedding. The check in process was a breeze. Hot breakfast bar, including pancakes, waffles, eggs, meat, potatoes along with cold & hot cereals, pastries, fruit & several bread choices. The fresh baked chocolate chip cookies were a treat too. Room clean & comfort. Excellent gated parking area.

Good stay. Room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was good.
