Top ligging, comfortabel, heel vriendelijk personeel ... sterke basis om Mechelen te bezoeken

Erg vriendelijk personeel, zowel bij de receptie, contact op 3 verschillende momenten en steeds uitstekend, efficiënt en met een oprechte glimlach, als bij het ontbijt, waar de verantwoordelijke dame geen seconde aarzelde om haar restaurant te "verbouwen" zodat wij met z'n 11 samen konden ontbijten ! De Locatie is natuurlijk top, de kamers waren mooi ingericht , de bedden erg comfortabel .. en een goed Nespresso apparaat waarderen wij uiteraard ook altijd bijzonder

De badkamers zijn mooi ingericht en heel netjes, maar een inloopdouche vinden we een bijzondere plus zijn tegenover een douche in een bad ......

Excellent location, clean room, good shower, very comfy beds, and friendly staff.

Cons:

Room is a little dated with marks in the bath. One issue was there is only one mirror in the bathroom so difficult to do hair and makeup.

Heerlijk geslapen en lekker ontbijt. Wat heeft een mens nog meer nodig?
Pros:

Fijn gelegen, op stapafstand van de binnenstad (5'), vriendelijk onthaal, grote propere kamers. Heeft mss wat liefde nodig, maar voor die prijs kan/mag je niet meer verwachten.

Ottima posizione, ottimo staff, solo la struttura andrebbe rinnovata

Ottima posizione, staff molto cortese e disponibile, abbiamo trovato le lenzuola del letto con peli e macchie e subito sono venuti a cambiarci le lenzuola

Cons:

Il bagno andrebbe rinnovato, soprattutto la vasca da bagno è pericolosa perchè è scivolosa e inadatta a persone con problemi di movimento
