I really don’t like that we have to pay for parking. We always book 2 rooms, we eat in the restaurant we also use the bar. And I think it’s very unfair for guests to pay $46 a night. It should be free and have guest use a special pass/ permit.

Parking fee $46 per day, popcorn ceiling, rust showers, lighting in room is bad.

Showers were bad. Beds were uncomfortable. Breakfast lounge was never open in the morning.

The elevator didn’t work. The toilet wouldn’t flush called service desk they said all of the toilets need to be replaced as they all have the same issue. The restroom lotion, shampoo and conditioner bottles were empty. The reception desk were rude when there things were mentioned to them.

Sadly, (I already complained to the hotel directly), the bed was the MOST uncomfortable bed I've EVER slept on in my entire life. I couldn't explain it any better than to say it felt like I was lying on rocks with a pillow top covering them. I tried all night long to add more pillows underneath my body just to get some relief from the pain but to no avail. Not sure if it was just that room and that mattress but if they're all like that then I will stay elsewhere from now on. Sadly.

After flying I'm usually very thirsty and prefer bottled water than tap. The room came with two bottles of water but were charged $3/bottle. There was a store where you could buy water but it was $10/bottle. The lights were difficult to figure how to turn off when going to bed. The toilet was very weak at flushing so you had to flush a few times to get it to work. There was no ventilation in the room so after a shower, the mirror was completely fogged up. They charged you extra for parking. There was no breakfast provided in the morning. There was some coffee made in the lobby in the morning. It ran out so we waited for the staff to make more. When it finally was brought out, some guests tried it and one thought it wasn't even coffee. She thought it might be a very weak tea. The coffee hadn't brewed long enough and was basically a dark water. It was undrinkable.

The fact you have to pay to park is absolutely ridiculous. Im already paying to stay there i shouldn't have to pay for parking. Staff was not friendly at all . Housekeeping knocked on our door at 8am and woke us up to see if they could clean our room , we are on vacation . This was a horrible stay for my husband and I . We a Hilton members and i now i have a horrible feeling that Hilton hotels really doesn't care for their customers.

Room we were given first night was right behind the elevator shaft. Very noisy. Unable to sleep. It also smelled of cigarette smoke. I requested to switch rooms for our second night. No apologies from the first desk person. The second person on desk was fantastic. Got us a great room on the 8th floor away from elevator and with a lovely view over the water. My advice is to choose your room carefully and request to be moved if necessary. Otherwise the beds are very comfortable. Decor is dated but I understand they are starting a makeover floor by floor soon. We really miss the fantastic buffet breakfast they used to have. Now they have a no frills à la carte menu with new staff. The tablecloths are gone.

We had to be moved from our first room due to a dirty bathroom. The second room had a toilet that was loose but I had was cleaner. The rooms look outdated and overused. The parking fee was ridiculous.

The parking fee was high. $46 a day. I'd rather they charge more for the room but offers parking for free.
