Less than desirable
Pros:

Good location easy to get to.

Cons:

Pool was closed big bummer when booked with kids, parking is $45 overnight which is ridicules given there’s nothing impacting parking at here location they are just taking advantage that cost is not advertised. Booking.com offers a breakfast included booking option but the voucher does not cover the cost of the average breakfast on the menu in fact it does not cover a meal at all only the yogurt offering. And the walls of the hotel are thin so my 8yo and 10yo got to hear the action next door and the female staying next door really enjoyed herself. Terrible experience relayed to front desk kindly told sorry about your luck. Never again!

Cons:

Мы брали номер с завтраком. За эту опцию я заплатил больше (это нормально)
Мне не понравилось манипуляция с завтраком. Отель дает вам купон на 18$ все что сверху нужно доплатить.

Стоянку для машины можно оплатить на стойке регистрации но цена за сутки 35$ при учете того что у отеля много места вокруг

I would say it is 4/10 in terms of worthiness.
Pros:

I like that the lobby is clean and parking wasn’t hard.

Cons:

I did not like the fact that the hotel does not disclose the price of parking. By the way, it is $46 and it is managed by an independent company so any dispute or talks will be taken to someone that is not from the hotel. The room isn’t even clean along with broke TV remote and really thin walls. I can hear traffic coming in and out with unpleasant noises from other rooms. The employees in the reception wasn’t as friendly as other hotels I’ve been to.

Cons:

Staff here are not helpful and don't want to help us. Just Because I am not Hilton member and booked through booking, their attitude are super cold and even don't want to give us necessary information like water.

Pros:

No air conditioning and they wouldn't help to resolve it or apologize for. The room was 86 degrees.
Front desk were not friendly.

Probably won’t stay here again.
Pros:

Front desk helpful and friendly. Location. Really liked that Bayside room request was honored.

Cons:

Paid Parking, Cost for what you get. Security…large arrange shirtless dude tried to enter my room. Some sketchy looking people at hotel.

Checked All (most) The Boxes
Pros:

Quick overnight stay with a late arrival and morning departure at this hotel. No complaints whatsoever. Check is was easy via the app, went straight to a clean room, dropped our bags and went to sleep. The hotel is isolated in a business park so not much in the immediate vicinity in terms of restaurants, etc but again, we were there for all of 11 hours so it didn't really impact us. They have a restaurant that serves breakfast but it is way over-priced based upon the quality of the food. Their buffet was almost $30 per person and was the same quality of food that a lot of places provide for free so we passed on that and just took the cheaper "continental" breakfast option. But again, we got in, got out, and had a good night's sleep. So in terms of what is really important (cleanliness, comfort, sleep quality) absolutely no complaints.
