Another satisfying visit.
Pros:

Following multiple previous visits we again experienced excellence in every department. The animation staff in particular were extremely welcoming.
Cleanliness everywhere was noticeable.
Rooms were serviced every day. The selection and variety of meal options was superb. Real good value for the H B deal.

Lots of places to walk day or evening. Covers every ones taste with things to do.

Cons:

The lifts were very slow. The dinning room chairs need things placed on bottom of legs as they are very noisy. Not enough heaters to keep food warm, lots to choose but always luke warm. Disappointed.

This hotel has really upped its game since our last visit. Staff members very helpful and dinner choices much better More than happy with our visit.

Pros:

Localização, comodidades dos quartos, boas condições gerais, boas refeições e variadas, incluindo grelhados na hora, excelente relação preço/ qualidade.

Cons:

Pequeno almoço poderia incluir mais compotas de sabores e sementes/ frutos secos.
Não ter a possibilidade de desligar baldes de água na piscina infantil uma vez que afastava as crianças mais pequenas da piscina.

Can’t complain. Lively place and very comfortable bed to sleep. Defenitely recommended it

We will enumerate the things we did like our stay in Hotel Best Sabinal:
1. When we arrived the receptionist recieved us pleasantly and welcoming. Very thorough on explaining about our booking, the hotel amnities and direct in giving directions.
2. The lady incharge of spa was lovely and very sociable, always smiling.
3. Waiters… brillant!!!!! Very organize and quick. They know what they are doing to get the work done.
4. Entertainment night live music was fantastic. They know how to get people on their feet.
5. Room is emensely clean.

Cons:

We were surprised that we were gonna pay for the spa. It didn’t said anything at first in booking the hotel. It would be nice to inform beforehand in the description of the amenitise. Atleast a free spa even for a night would be great.

Cons:

Początkowo dostałam pokój o niższym standardzie niż w opłaconej ofercie i musiałam walczyć o zamianę pokoju . Pościel poprzecierana - słabo na 4 gwiazdki. Windy ( 7 piętro ) czasami nie działają. Śniadania są do 10.30 , a już przed 10- ta liczne braki - np pomidorów, które nie są uzupełniane . Po zgłoszeniu kelnerowi , klient odesłany jest do kuchni.
