Pros:

La animación del hotel estaba muy bien, enfocada a los peques . Las instalaciones muy completas . La ubicación inmejorable y el buffet es muy variado.

Cons:

Las almohadas eran muy incomodas. El baño de la piscina estaba sucio en alguna ocasión.

Localização privilegiada mesmo junto ao mar. Ficamos muito agradados com a qualidade das instalações, limpeza e funcionamento de todos os serviços. Especial elogio para a parte das restauração, com qualidade superior, muita variedade gastronómica e alimentos sempre frescos e muito bem confeccionados. Simpatia de todos os funcionários e muito atenciosos. Sem dúvida com vontade de regressar😍 parabéns ao grupo Best do qual a nossa família ficou fã😀

Apenas alguma confusão típica do mes de agosto, mas de salientar a fluidez dos serviços que permitiram nunca termos tido tempo de espera ou falta de condições.

Habitación algo antigua, con puertas de armario fuera de carril.
Mucha aglomeración en piscina y mucha gente reservando hamaca desde las 7 de la mañana

Experiencia para repetir !!!
Pros:

La experiencia fue muy buena. Las instalaciones eran geniales y las actividades para los más pequeños estaban super planificadas y eran muy divertidas para ellos.
Los animadores de 10 y el personal del hotel también.
La comida del bufet estaba riquísima y se curraban cada día una temática.

Descanso en familia
Pros:

El alojamiento en un sitio estupendo de Roquetas. Las instalaciones en muy buen estado. El servicio inmejorable. El trato con todo el personal del hotel, servicio de limpieza y animadores un placer. Ánimo y a seguir así.
