Pros:

Location is excellent..check in clerk was friendly and efficient...they had no issue with us checking in a bit early..

Cons:

It got noisy around midnight for about an hour or so

Pros:

It's going to take a lot of time and money to update this timeworn and rather dreary place. The renovations look pretty good so far, but the structure still has a 1970s institutional feel. The breakfast was in a windowless basement room and was nothing special. I'll come back in a year or two when the renos are done and see if things are any better.

Our toilet did not work at all during our stay. Asked for a credit of some sort….said they couldn’t accommodate because we booked through your organization.

Price was too high for the state of the building but the staff and room were OK
Pros:

Staff was friendly and helpful.
Room was alright.
The rest of the building looks like a disaster. The say they are under renovations but it's been years since they started and he building looked better before.

Cons:

Most of the buildings with the exception if the rooms are a mess.

Pros:

room was ok good. no dirt or dust to see. but over all i can see it at old hotel and need some upgrades. (can see renevation in tunnel and baisment looked more or less given up.
one thing bother me, the smell in the elevator in building across the road.

but still i was happy with the room and the location, and lovely staff

There was construction in the area and some sidewalks were closed. That was the only problem.
Pros:

Breakfast area was across the street; had to walk in a tunnel under the street to get to it. My room was fine.

Cons:

The potatoes with breakfast had too much seasoning on them.

This room 28 was absolutely disgusting. Smelled BAD! Toilet problem, wet damp bedding, over charged.

Everything. Biggest mistake to stay there!
Room smelled absolutely disgusting; cigarette or dope and mold, 2 green bugs on the bed, toilet would not flush until holding handle down on second attempt, ALL of the bedding was completely wet with dampness in the room. Should be reported to Health department or licensing board. Overcharged!!' Ventilation dirty/outdated/loud. Windows sealed shut!

Too expensive for what it was
Pros:

Great location, got to do lots of walking. Comfy bed

Cons:

All of the damages. Light in the room ripped out. Bathroom door peeling apart. Plug for nightstand behind bed was loose and didn't work. Bugs in the room.
