Incredible quality stay for a great price. More than I'd ever expect or ask for in hotel service.
Pros:

Perfect location, near great restaurants and just down the road from the theatre. Staff was excellent, everyone was very nice and helpful.

Les chambres étais correct nouvellement rénové pour le Cetais très vieux magané.

Cons:

L’accès à l’ascenseur de la partie de la réception pour aller de l’autre côté de la rue nous avons due descendre les valise dans les escaliers.

Pros:

The location was ok for my needs, for a tourist spending their day in town, it would be very good.

Cons:

The construction forced people to go the long way around to access the suites opposite the office, but it was a minor inconvenience.

Not a lot of choice in Charlottetown at this price point, but I think I could have done better.
Pros:

Room was newly renovated and bed was comfortable. Room had a kitchen with full size fridge.

Cons:

There was no comfortable seating in the room. The hotel is under slow renovations which was NOT disclosed pre-booking. To get from the only entrance and exit at front desk, one has to haul luggage down a dirty flight of stair then down ramp tunnel under the street. Housekeeping came only every 2nd day. Breakfast is packaged muffins, Costco chocolate covered granola bars, juice and an apple or orange. Coffee is in the room.

Cons:

Nous sommes très déçus.
Nous avions choisi cet hôtel pour la piscine et le petit déjeuner chaud, afin de passer un week-end avec notre fille.
La piscine était hors service et du fait de travaux le petit déjeuner chaud promis s'est transformé en 1 jus de fruit, 1 muffin et 1 pomme par personne...
1 des pommes était pourrie et il n'y avait pas assez de café (2 doses pour 3).
Bref, nous avons dû prendre nos petits déjeuners à l'extérieur, pour un coût supplémentaire.
Par ailleurs, la porte du meuble réfrigérateur était cassée et la télécommande du téléviseur ne fonctionnait pas.
Les chambres sont mal insonorisées. Nous entendions nos voisins parler entre eux.

Pros:

Building location's proximity to downtown and hospital was good. The room was well equipped with a kitchenette and kitchenware. Heating/AC was good.

Cons:

The room had a mildly unpleasant smell. It was very inconveniently located far from the parking lot with no available staircase exit to the parking lot around the North building. The room could only be accessed via the hotel lobby, down a stairwell, through a tunnel crossing the street, and up an elevator.

The room was not well soundproofed, with people in the adjacent room sounding as if they were in the hallway screaming at my room's door. Wifi was intermittent even when connected but good when it was online.
