Great location to see great sights
It was wonderful
The room was very cozy and the bed was extremely comfortable
One of the few accommodation facilities i ever stayed at, which gets you more exercise from the reception-lobby to the room, than one gets to travel there in the first place....very positive experience mind you!
The ideal location for anyone who has an out-patient surgery appointment scheduled at the nearby QE-Hospital, easily reached by cab.
Nothing that is in the direct control of the Hotel management. All good.

The pool and the room os too far. Also the lady staff is kinda absentminded. Like, while asking directions the indian lady while point only the direction without telling which direction it is. Kinda rude for the guess.
The location was great. The staff were very helpful and friendly.
I thought with the name of this hotel and the price, that it would be great place to stay. Unfortunately not so. There was carpet pulled away from the door so that was our first indication. No stand to put luggage and no closet to hang your clothes. The mattresses were not comfortable. It was dark and dingy. We were going to stay another night but changed our minds

Booked 3 rooms with 2 Queen beds in esh room. Only one room had 2 beds
The location was ok. Breakfast was a cookie, cereal bar, muffin, apple, orange and apple juice which was in the room upon arrival.
Air conditioner was in the window of the bathroom which supplied the entire room. Loud to say the least. The room had adjoining doors on either side which were not sound proof.

The room was clean.
There are two buildings in the complex. If you stay in the one across the road from the check-in desk, and you’re out past 10pm, they lock the building down and you can’t get in, even with your card key. You have to go across the road and use the tunnel back to your side of the street. Considering I had my 81yo mother there to see Anne of Green Gables, it was an unbelievable inconvenience, especially for what I paid.
