For a lower price would be better, unless quality is improved
Pros:

I value that the staff moved us to another room, since the original room we booked did not have hot water

Cons:

Breakfast was the worst of all my stay, only huge amounts of bread (and the quality of those was not very good because the bagels were hard) cereal, waffles and that's it, no eggs or protein and the room was okay, except for the noisy electricity gear did not allow me to sleep well, so unfortunately that ruined my experience mostly

Pros:

It's going to take a lot of time and money to update this timeworn and rather dreary place. The renovations look pretty good so far, but the structure still has a 1970s institutional feel. The breakfast was in a windowless basement room and was nothing special. I'll come back in a year or two when the renos are done and see if things are any better.

There was construction in the area and some sidewalks were closed. That was the only problem.
Pros:

Breakfast area was across the street; had to walk in a tunnel under the street to get to it. My room was fine.

Cons:

The potatoes with breakfast had too much seasoning on them.

room was ok good. no dirt or dust to see. but over all i can see it at old hotel and need some upgrades. (can see renevation in tunnel and baisment looked more or less given up.
one thing bother me, the smell in the elevator in building across the road.

but still i was happy with the room and the location, and lovely staff

Price was too high for the state of the building but the staff and room were OK
Pros:

Staff was friendly and helpful.
Room was alright.
The rest of the building looks like a disaster. The say they are under renovations but it's been years since they started and he building looked better before.

Cons:

Most of the buildings with the exception if the rooms are a mess.
