Loved staying here and will be back.
Pros:

This is a great location, right next to the Aquarium, a blocks walk to the Esplanade, lots of restaurants nearby.
Nicely appointed room, fresh decor and fluffy feather pillows. The pool facilities made it for us. A little beach, pleamy of loungers and beanbags and a swim up bar.

Cons:

Some of the staff didn't seem very pleased to see you, particularly the bar staff. I guess that's not a deal breaker, but would have made a difference to our stay I think.
The little fridge in our room struggled a bit, might be nice to have a slightly bigger fridge.

Perfection highly recommend
Pros:

This hotel was amazing it’s our second stay but first time with our kids and they loved the pool area and the buffet breakfast as did we and the location is great.
It was my husbands birthday whilst there and I really appreciate that they left him beers in the fridge and a piece of chocolate cake saying happy birthday on it we will definitely be staying again next time we holiday in Cairns :)

Cons:

Only small thing i could pick out was there isn’t a lot of storage space for 4 people’s luggage in the room.

立地は最高でした。
Pros:

砂浜つきのプールは子供が大喜びでした。
毎日清掃に入ってくれたので清潔なお部屋で過ごすことができました。

Cons:

バスタブがほしかったのでこちらのホテルを予約しましたが、バスタブはなし...。値段も変わらず。
メールを見逃した私も悪いですが。

Great for kids, can improve on security
Pros:

Great pool and place with kids, they had a ball.

Cons:

The fence needs to be fixed. Seen 3 school girls sneak in from the street and security fixings on the doors make it feel unsafe

Cons:

Was not able to get a sun lounge . When I was able to, late in the afternoon, the lounges has no cushions and was just the iron lounge which was not comfortable, old, some were tearing and sagging. I think a severe update is in order.
