The hotel was fine but not worth the amount we paid for a “delux room”.
Pros:

The outdoor pool area was great and the food was decent. The hotel itself is in a great location to the esplanade and restaurants etc, staff was also really nice and helpful.

Cons:

Great location, however, the “delux room” was exactly the same as the standard rooms and didn’t offer any additional space or amenities. Our room also had ants in it and the pillows felt like they were 100 years old. The buffet breakfast was very average.

Food was horrible. The rooms you can hear the elevator every night so get no sleep. Rooms really small and no options for anything bigger.

Comfortable, prime location and excellent staff.
Pros:

Awesome,professional, friendly staff. Close to attractions, Esplanade and Pier. Amazing pool with swim up bar. Buffet breakfast was a great way to start your day off with a full stomach. Exceptional restaurant with discounted themed nights, the steak night is a no brained. My rare steak was like cutting through butter. I was compelled to personally thank the chef’s for one of the best steaks I’ve had in a long time.

Pros:

Loved the pool. Having sand there is really great with a kid - they can just make a sand catsle while you chill in a bean bag.

Cons:

one thing that would be a great improvement is a place where you can freshen up after check-out - so if you have to leave later and want to enjoy the pool - you can still use a a shower.

Comfy, beachy resort with nice rooms and a family friendly vibe.
Pros:

Nice spacious, clean room. Nice bathroom and shower.

Cons:

We were right by the pool which could be very noisy during the day - and the staff blasted loud music at times as well.
