Staff were helpful and pleasant.

Cons:

Noise from the pool area (but this was to be expected) carried up to room.
Restaurant meal was average - need to serve better quality steak. My eye fillet steak was tough and not cooked to requested standard.

Stay was fine, room wasn’t very big for three persons, it was not cheap but I think you pay more just for the name Novot

I asked the staff to refill the body wash and they said it would be done and it was not.
Pros:

Good location. Easy access to town.

Cons:

Our bed sheets had stains on them. And there was no body wash, hand wash nor body lotion.
