Cons:

Rooms were not the cleanest. Ceiling in the lobby leaked. Fitness center was open.

Pros:

It was $100 a night so it was priced okay

Cons:

The beds are definitely worn out and uncomfortable, the room in general was dirty. If you look in the window sill there are dirts and bugs, and burns on the bathroom sink. Walls were also very thin and we could hear everything. During the storm water leaked through multiple light fixtures and didnt feel safe. Also we watched the front desk worker do a drug deal.

Could use new mattresses and interior paint. Workout area was closed. Coffee was not good and not much to choose from.

Looks great on the outside, the inside is DISGUSTING!
Pros:

The price was great, the outside looked wonderful. It looked like a nice revamped hotel.

Cons:

Grossly stained sheets, it looked like someone was murdered on the bed. Red liquid stains all over. Evidence of bed bugs with white and black speckles all over the mattress. 100% do not recommend staying here!

You can sleep there but will leave hungry and disappointed.
Pros:

It was close to the fairgrounds and to stores and restaurants

Cons:

The beds and chairs were stained. The rooms were smaller than expected. The drawers were dirty and smelled like weed. The “breakfast” was basically nothing. The air conditioning was not on in the hallways or the room when we arrived, making it annoyingly hot. They advertised a gym but it had an “out of order” sign on the door and was full of old mattresses and lamps and furniture.

Great place for a place to sleep
Pros:

It was convenient enough to BOK for me.

Cons:

I mean, nothing, although room 215 the HVAC draws up outside air from the smoking area so when people stand outside the door and smoke, you smell cigarette or pot smoke of the air/heat is going.

It’s good location for us price was ok staff friendly

Paper plates too thin need more protein at breakfast location good that’s why we stayed there

One large towel soap cracked before got it out of wraps two cups need plastic cups at night and coffee for morning
