SKANDALÖS !!!

Skandalöser Aufenthalt - keine Entschädigung bisher !!! Ausschließlich Ignoranz !
Ich reise viel , aber so einen skandalösen Aufenthalt habe ich noch nicht erlebt !!! Zimmer eiskalt!!! Hausmeister "hat heute frei" ( Samstag) - anderes Zimmer nicht möglich, da ausgebucht ... Preisnachlass nicht möglich , da ich über booking.com gebucht hätte ( Preis im Vorfeld von booking.com eingezogen !!!) - Hotel würde Mangel melden und booking.com sich entsprechend melden ! Darauf warte ich heute noch !!! Aussage : hätte ich direkt gebucht , hätte man was machen können, so eben nicht !!! Skandal!!! Weiterer skandalöser Zustand : " Doppelschrank " war nur zur Hälfte nutzbar - andere Hälfte " nutzte" Nachbarzimmer - 3.30 Uhr wurde man in diesem Zimmer munter - ich auch , weil ich hautnah dabei war !!! Schrank diente als "Raumteiler " - heißt : KEINE durchgehende Wand zwischen 2 Zimmern !!! Mit ach und krach wurden in unsere gebuchten Zimmer jeweils mobile elektrische Heizkörper gestellt , die aber UNBEDINGT NICHT anbleiben durften während der Abwesenheit !!!
