It wasn’t clear when we booked this hotel that it was right next to a constantly busy main road so it was noisy all night. The food was okay. We only had breakfast there and there wasn’t a lot of choice. The staff in the breakfast area were not helpful.

Só não gostei de nos fins de semana o restaurante não funcionar e ontem fomos ver o cardápio e queríamos uma pizza e não tinha. Saímos e compramos a pizza. Trouxemos e perguntamos se podia comer na mesa do restaurante e não permitiram. Tivemos que levar para o quarto; pois minha esposa não quis comer atrás da recepção onde tem um sofá!
Nós não comemos no quarto na nossa casa e tivemos que comer no hotel.

Great Value in Nice Area

This was a great find as I didn’t know much about Lyon. Property located in a neighborhood area that’s just a short 13 minute walk from the huge shopping center La Confluence.

While it felt a little like an upscaled hostel at first, I was pleasantly surprised with the room. The room was spacious, clean and modern. Bed was comfortable and plenary of space for my suitcases. Breakfast was outstanding with lots of choices. They had the best coffee in Lyon.

The front desk staff were VERY friendly, helpful and spoke English. The breakfast staff were also VERY friendly. The front desk and breakfast staff should be rewarded for delivering EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Bon séjour, personnel agréable et a l'écoute. Emplacement correct, mais hotel un peu vieillot ce qui ne ressemble pas aux Ibis budget que je connais.
Un bémol ?! Le son de la télé... Trop faible. Il est essentiel de faire un effort. Nous n'avons plus 20 ans. Ou proposez des casques !

Ibis Styles Lyon Confluence: Highly Recommended!
Pros:

Booking a room was easy, checking in was a breeze, and the rooms were bright, clean, and cozy. Also, the location by the Rhone, easy access to Public Transportation and points of interest made the Ibis Styles Lyon Confluence a great choice (and, another reason to choose the Accor brand of hotels)!

Bien situé, pratique.
Pros:

Étonné de voir passé un réceptionniste se servir sans gêne en passant devant le buffet petit déjeuner.
Se servir directement dans la cocotte d'une saucisse avec ses doigts et dans l'enfiler directement dans sa bouche en passant comme çà sans retenue.

Séjour agréable avec du personnel de reception tres agréable, chambre toujours aussi confortable et tranquille.
A noter que l’acces au parking souterrain ainsi que les manoeuvres y sont très compliquées. Tres peu de place, a peine 2 cm avec le vehicule d a cote et le poteaux de l’autre. A noter aussi qu’aucune prise électrique (ni meme secteur) n’est mise a disposition pour recharger le vehicule, des bornes de recharge se trouvent a proximité de l’hotel.

Good but could be improved
Pros:

The best thing about this stay was the staff at breakfast who made us feel welcome and kept the breakfast area clean and well stocked.
The room was spacious but lacked storage space. The accessible bathroom had a floor that was not tilted enough to drain so water was everywhere and we could have used a squeegee to clean the floor. The local area did not feel very safe and lacked choice of dining options.
