UBICACION FANTASTICA.

El personal de recepción maravilloso, atento y muy servicial, la ubicación perfecta, nos encanto muy cómodo.

Que me dijeron que había un parking cerca y después cuando llego pregunto dónde está el parking y me dicen que tengo que aparcar fuera de la muralla a 15 min caminando
Me cobran por el perrito 10 € el día del cheking y el día que dejo el hotel me lo pone en duda otro chico de la recepción pidiéndome el justificante que ni siquiera me habían dado……

Cons:

Cogí una habitación superior para estar a gusto y descansar, y todo lo contrario. Tuve que cambiarme varias veces de habitación de noche con todo el equipaje ya que las habitaciones tenían defectos importantes (fallo de termostato, arañas y telarañas en el techo), y al final me dieron una que yo no había elegido. Tuve muy muy mal descanso por todo esto. Por la mañana temprano me abrieron la habitación y me llevé un susto de muerte. En recepción muy amables, pero poca empatía y profesionalidad mostró el director de hotel al mostrarle mi descontento. No lo recomiendo en absoluto.

Perfecta ubicación para una visita a Ávila
Pros:

El hotel está en un palacio muy bonito y céntrico, al lado de la catedral.
Nos quejamos porque el agua salía marrón en las suites de la planta baja (algo circunstancial por un corte que acabavaba de suceder), y nos ofrecieron un cambio a la suite presidencial sin incremento de precio.

Cons:

Las suites básicas necesitan una actualización en mi opinión, aunque están bien y limpias.
