Lovely, but not if we would return, I would certainly check out the bed and if needed ask to switch rooms.
Pros:

Location was excellent and the staff were lovely.
Breakfast was lovely, it was lovely and hot.
Staff were very friendly and polite.
We have stayed at this hotel a number of times due to its location.

Cons:

We stayed in a king room 228. It was lovely and clean, although the toilet had a large crack and it had been repaired but due to hygiene a new toilet would be required.
The bed was so uncomfortable, my back was in bits, I could feel every spring. When we left I spoke to reception and they were very apologetic and said that if we had said they would have moved us rooms.

Pros:

Nice hotel, quiet even though there was a formal do on Saturday night never heard a thing

Poor air con but staff gave us a fan, was more of an issue because we had a 🐶 with us

Very nice hotel, friendly and professional staff.
Pros:

The property is very welcoming, clean and well kept. The staff professional and friendly.

Cons:

No, slight noise from the motorway in the bedroom but not enough to be a nuisance or keep you awake.

Value for money
Pros:

The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Toiletries provided were of good quality. Everything was clean and the staff were helpful. Breakfast had a good choice and even though buffet style, was hot and freshly cooked.

Cons:

Unfortunately our room was situated by the lifts and stairwell and so we were disturbed by noise.
Pillows could be of a better standard

Great hotel with helpful staff
Pros:

Great location as straight of the motorway with easy access everywhere. Hotel is immaculate and rooms spacious. I liked the staff checking in by text to make sure all was ok and answering questions.

Cons:

Parking was difficult on the day due to conferences but there are overflow car parks.

The bed was the worst I've ever slept in a hotel I told the manager she said that they are going to change some of them.it didn't alter the fact I had a meeting the next day and had very little sleep

Pros:

Have stayed in the past and liked it. This time it's first time for a couple of years and we loved it. Very welcoming staff nothing too much trouble. Every where very clean and the food fantastic.

Cons:

It's not that we didn't like but we did find the bed a bit hard for us. Everything else was very good.

Dont expect much!
Pros:

The location was great just off the motorway...Nothing else to comment!

Cons:

Car park very dark...Staff not very accommodating! Restaurant didn't make tables available to dine at despite only having several tables occupied...Attitude of some of the reception staff was well below standard! This place is fine if you just want to put your head down. If you want service, look elsewhere!
