Disappointed and left feeling sad
Pros:

Lovely clean rooms. Comfortable bed and bedding.

Cons:

The staff were uninterested , unprofessional and at some points actually rude. We were there for a dear friends funeral. The hotel were aware of the scale of this and were clearly under staffed and clearly uninterested. Drinks prices were astronomical.

Pros:

The room was very nice and spacious especially with two kids. Was clean too. The staff were friendly and breakfast had a good selection.

Cons:

The room was too hot in the night so made it uncomfortable for me and the kids to go sleep.

Big Room Great for weddings
Pros:

Space and how clean the room was. lot of plugs to power thing, 2 TVs.

Cons:

light was really dull, it would be nice to have bright lighting as option felt like restaurant lighting, I had to use extra lights from friend. No YouTube or Netflix on TV or maybe I dint see the option.

Very friendly staff, good all round facilities and great food, would definitely return.
Pros:

Room was excellent, the staff were amazing throughout, and the evening meal was beautiful which was a welcome surprise as normally food in the this sort of hotel aren't great but every course was tasty, well presented and actually a little bit different.

Cons:

If I had to be really really picky the only negative comment I had would be for breakfast, which incidentally had a very wide choice of options, that the heat lamps didn't keep the food quite as hot as we would have preferred , especially the beans, however they did appear to be steaming, its just once on the plate they were luke warm, but I don't want to major on this because the quality of the product, eggs sausages & bacon were top notch clearly not from the normal cash and carry.

Comfortable stay in a very convenient location.
Pros:

Perfect location. Good sized rooms, perfectly clean. Comfortable bed. Great breakfast.

Cons:

We arrived late, about 23 45, and couldn’t purchase an alcoholic drink to take to our room.

We’ve stayed previously and were able to then. Wee bit disappointed.

Some of the hall carpets could do with being shampooed.

Reception staff were efficient, but were not overly friendly.

A nice little break
Pros:

The property is in a nice area. Reception it’s lovely and clean and looks very modern and welcoming. Breakfast is lovely too. Staff are always friend and happy to help.

Cons:

We paid £170 for 1 night stay in the junior suite the room needs updating and the bed was really uncomfortable. We stay at least 3 times a year and there’s been no improvement made at all. They also need to put proper kids/ single beds in some of the rooms for kids as they are just rolling beds.
