Easy to find. Looked like a new build.
Staff very pleasant.
They was very hard and I had difficulty getting some sleep. It was a hot night however.
Location for my need was good
Restaurant for breakfast was good but for an e evening meal was like a "canteen" We had to sit in the bar on the first evening on the 2nd evening the staff put us off because they said it would be really noisy as they had coach trips in. The room was described as "deluxe" but there wasn't even a fridge in it and the space was poor for a family room

It was in the middle of a heatwave. Hot air in bathroom hard to deal with if opening door when getting up at night
could have done with more than one pillow per person , and sufficient towels for our group.

Stayed here for one night and I’m glad it wasn’t longer.
The reception and bar area looks nice and modern where we received a friendly welcome. However, the actual room was a big let down.
We had a queen room which was very tired and in need of a refurb. Although clean, it wasn’t great. Air con blew a little bit of air, but not cold at all. Bed was uncomfortable and so noisy that each time I turned over in my sleep I woke with the noise. The tv is very old (had the same about 18 years ago).
We did tell the staff, but they didn’t seem overly bothered.
Restaurant is good and it's convenient to ha e Greggs right outside and Starbucks within the hotel. Suzie was nice and gave me a cookie during my stay!

excellent shower, aircon,bed,fridge big plus,plenty of storage space
parking would have been good except both days coaches blocked us going out as its a one way system they should scrap that and allow both ways out.the toilet seat moved both ways so was not good and the rubbish bins had bags in too short so very difficult to put rubbish in i did point that out as we where leaving but the receptionist did not seem overly interested
Room was beautifully clean. Staff were all very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was excellent and what we wanted. The hotel as a whole was very clean and a pleasure to be in.
Great Double tree hotel with excellent access and parking. The staff welcomed us warmly despite our late arrival and were very professional with a smooth check-in procedure. The night manager Clavin and Marco went above and beyond even offering to store some of our bulky items in luggage storage for us. It’s those small things that make a huge difference for us as tired guests arriving late. Rooms are comfortable and spacious with comfy beds. One of my favourite hotels to stay at. Thanks again.
