The space in the room

Cons:

The breakfast: only few tables for big hotel is a no sense, people must wait for having their breakfast; regarding the food there wasn't a variery of choice and the price is higher for what offered.
The day of departure, we forgot two jackets in the room, and we realized it only when arrived at home, so I write them two mails asking if they fund it, no reply after more thab 1 week; sono I called by phone and after 10 minute waiting on the line nobidy replied.
It's unbelivable that they don't take care of customer mails and phone call

Fine for a one night stay
Pros:

Effective air conditioning, comfortable (twin double) beds. Lift to upper floors, clean. In house restaurant handy for dinner at the end of a long day

Cons:

Poor bathroom design. The door swung outwards which blocked the tea/coffee area which meant only one person at a time could be in the area. Tiny fridge.

Perfect location and stay if you’re going to take the train from Jasper across the Canadian Rockies this place was conve
Pros:

It was easy to get to the train if you called a taxi or Uber. You could walk it’s not that far but if you have luggage, you should take a car. We rented a car and drove from Banff up to Jasper and then took the train to Vancouver.

Cons:

We didn’t have any issues with the property. Everything was fine. We lost a sports jacket and asked for them to get back to us, but they did not however that’s on us not the property. They should have water in the room.

Habitación grande y limpia, camas cómodas, parking, personal amable.

Cons:

Me parece caro para lo que ofrece, aunque en esta zona todos los hoteles son caros.
Está un poco retirado de la zona más animada, aunq son menos de 15 minutos andando.
Lo que no me gustó nada y no me había pasado jamás, es el jabón de manos y del gel de ducha, terrible el olor y textura, tuve la sensación de haberme lavado las manos con un trozo de salchichón con grasa. Fatal esto.

Great mountain stay.

I liked the location and the professionalism of this hotel. The pool was great.
