House keeping…. Bathrooms not cleaned properly for all the 3 days! Very perfunctory work.
Pillow cover was smudged mad not changed , again for the 3 days.
Cleaniness, closeness to city
Good staff , old building but exceptionally clean and well kept
We liked location, availability and size of the pool. The room was clean and well maintained.
The breakfast option was on expensive side!
We needed to shorten our stay due to family emergency, but we were not given an option to shorten our stay - we stayed another day and arrange changes in other hotels.
Grossly overpriced!!!!!
Unfortunately Jasper with it’s fire related issues, very short of accommodations. And they are taking full advantage of it.
breakfast expense snd cheap, staff are cold. facility looks high scale but not too comfortable designed. price is high yet not welcomed
prentend high end hotel, without content of comfort and warm
Originally we had a room with two double beds. When we were checking in, I asked if there were any rooms with King beds and there were. It ended up being not much more than $50 extra dollars on our total bill. Reception was super helpful and friendly. We ate at the restaurant and the staff was friendly and efficient. Location was good and parking was plentiful. We were there in June, 2026. Our room was huge, but there was a lot of wasted space, wished there was more of a kitchenette than just a microwave and small fridge…but no sink or dishes. I think other rooms had that, just not the suite we had. Bed was pretty comfortable and the nights were quiet. Curtains darkened room, so we could sleep well, even though it was bright until 10pm!
As mentioned above, our room, although it had a fancy title on the door (“prime minister’s suite” or something like that), didn’t have a proper kitchenette which was disappointing. And the pizza in the restaurant was delicious, but the leftovers get sent back upstairs with you in a box that doesn’t fit in the mini fridge…would be nice if it did:)
