Pros:

Good location and parking

Cons:

It is a bit dated. The rooms were clean but $600 a night is steep. The keys kept failing so you had to go back to reception to get new keys.

Really happy with our stay. Jasper is beautiful and we saw the most wildlife here!
Pros:

Originally we had a room with two double beds. When we were checking in, I asked if there were any rooms with King beds and there were. It ended up being not much more than $50 extra dollars on our total bill. Reception was super helpful and friendly. We ate at the restaurant and the staff was friendly and efficient. Location was good and parking was plentiful. We were there in June, 2026. Our room was huge, but there was a lot of wasted space, wished there was more of a kitchenette than just a microwave and small fridge…but no sink or dishes. I think other rooms had that, just not the suite we had. Bed was pretty comfortable and the nights were quiet. Curtains darkened room, so we could sleep well, even though it was bright until 10pm!

Cons:

As mentioned above, our room, although it had a fancy title on the door (“prime minister’s suite” or something like that), didn’t have a proper kitchenette which was disappointing. And the pizza in the restaurant was delicious, but the leftovers get sent back upstairs with you in a box that doesn’t fit in the mini fridge…would be nice if it did:)

Breakfast
Pros:

We loved the room. Spacious and clean and AC. Please put short curtains as the air is blocked by curtains on top of AC air vent

Cons:

The breakfast buffet is overpriced and should be included with the room.

Over priced and very underwhelming
Pros:

Very nice restaurant with good food and very nice staff

Cons:

No house keeping for a two night stay nothing was changed or cleaned or bed not even made for 600 cdn per night in my eyes disgraceful. On booking.com they said you would pay at property but 4 days before arrival the full amount was taken out.

Ensure to book a room facing the road or driveway.
Pros:

Convenient location to walk into town. Room was a generous size.
Clean and comfortable.

Cons:

The noise from the building’s air-conditioning condenser units were outside the room. Even with the double glazed windows shut the engine noise was constant. The first room we were given was terrible noise. The gentleman at front desk was helpful and was able to move us however the noise level of similar.

Prettig hotel
Pros:
