Staff was friendly and room was neat and clean

Cons:

It would be helpful if laundry items could be delivered directly to the room instead of asking guests to collect them from the reception.
It would be good to have a few disposable plates available in the room.
It would also be better to provide ceramic coffee cups, since the cups available in the room were marked as not microwave-safe.

Very unsatisfied with front desk who seem to be confused.
Cons:

Charged twice for the same room after it was paid in full with booking.com. Once at the hotel they claimed they needed a security deposit that was supposed to had been refunded at the end of stay. Instead they charged an additional $132 with the $100 deposit thus double charging for the same room afterwards.

Worth the stay due to how clean the place was.
Pros:

I liked how clean it was. I like the remodeling efforts.

Cons:

The bed matters was way soft and made it uncomfortable. The location neighborhood kind of rough.
