Pros:

Einzigartiges Hotelerlebnis vor Traum-Kulisse
Pros:

Wunderschön und einzigartig gelegen an den Klippen vor Capotaormina mit einem beeindruckenden Panorama! Das Hotel ist zwar schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, der Charme dafür einzigartig und das Personal unglaublich freundlich und herzlich.
Am meisten hat uns der hoteleigene Strand und der Pool gefallen, der perfekt in die dramatische Szenerie in den steilen Klippen passt!
Zur Stadt (Taormina) gibt es einen kostenlosen Shuttle, der in sehr regelmässigen Abständen bis spät in den Abend fährt.
Frühstück ist spektakulär mit vielen sizilianischen Leckereien.

Cons:

Hotel liegt ca. 1 km vom nächstgelegenen Bahnhof (Taormina Giardini). Für das Taxi werden 15€ fällig — das fanden wir etwas sehr dick aufgetragen.

Amazing potential but needs some attention to detail to make it a destination not to miss.
Pros:

It’s a sensational property perched on the side of the hill with incredible views overlooking the water, Isola Bella and Mount Etna.

Cons:

It’s sort of unfinished… reception staff are very aloof not at all welcoming, ‘spa’ is just a couple of rooms not even a relaxation space, unfortunately we were there during some building works to the pool seating area no apology acknowledgement or thoughtful notice. There is a shuttle to go into Taormina which is really the only way to get there but it’s oversubscribed so you have to book your place in the morning and decide what time you want to come back. A couple of times we couldn’t get a seat. Finally a strange thing - our room was beautiful with a lovely balcony overlooking the water but the design is for the toilet to also have a view of the water through the shower and the bed. So no privacy at all!

Sejour merveilleux! Nous recommandons cet hotel sans hesitations!
Pros:

Vue à couper le souffle, personnel très accueillant réactif et professionnel. Site magnifique : piscine sublime et la plage privée d’autant plus.

Cons:

Le personnel attribué au restaurant est très serviable mais ne rattrape pas le rapport qualité prix des restaurants trop chers à mon goût pour la qualité moyenne. Petite exception néanmoins pour le grand bleu qui reste un bon restaurant.

Great hotel and would recommend, with some pre warnings on expectations that should be a given at this type of hotel.
Pros:

Fantastic location and beautiful designed hotel into the cliff. Very dramatic.
Pool is great, salt water and cute stairs to get into the sea. Beach restaurant is very friendly and lovely staff.
Hotel manager and staff were very kind and thoughtful.

Cons:

Breakfast is just not good enough for this type of hotel. Heard other guests complaining about it. Just a real let down. Go simple and do it well would be my advice.

Interior needs updating but it’s ok.

Best hotel in Taormina
Pros:

My boyfriend and I every year we treat ourselves for a scrumptious breakfast at Capo Taormina where we always received a very warm welcome from the Marianna and the paolo.morales the Manager, they renovate the restaurant and it is spectacular
Breakfast is delicious as usual, splendid view, professional staff
The best hotel in Taormina, a huge thank you to the Managers Paolo morales & Marianna for the warm welcome and excellent service

Beautiful hotel in unique settings with outstanding views
Pros:

Beautiful surroundings, a relaxing pool, warm weather and outstanding customer service made the stay memorable. Friendly staff, great food and refreshing drinks added to the experience. We appreciated our room upgrade with garden and Ionian Sea views. The beach and poolside areas are stunning. Particularly enjoyed taking a refreshing dip in the sea and having a strawberry granita from the bar. We ate at the restaurant on our first night; the quality of the food and customer service were exceptional. The Cannoli Siciliani were awesome! The choice of breakfast was great too - it’s not every day you get to have breakfast in front of a snow capped volcano! We definitely recommend and would return to this hotel!

Cons:

Valet parking would be a welcome addition.

Location and staff were good. Hotel rooms need updating.
Pros:

Zaria M and Matteo were the most awesome servers. They were so attentive including anticipated our needs.

Cons:

Our room, 419, along with the 4th floor smelt very musty. The AC in our room was not working properly. Staff came up at 2 different times to get it working. Both nights that we were there, our room was very warm. The hair dryer in our bathroom would trip the circuit every 15-30 sec. The hotel staff brought up a different dryer which worked much better. It had rained the morning of our check in. Our balcony was the only one with standing water. The staff did come up and cleaned the balcony.
Bathroom needs updating. The water pressure was extremely low. It was hard to rinse the shampoo out of my hair.

Pros:

The pool and the beach of the hotel are out of this world! Such a relaxing and amazing experience.

Cons:

Staff was not super helpful - they didn't really explain the city we had to figure everything out ourselves, or the bar would never answer the phone to send us water to the room.

Perfect stay in Taormina
Pros:

The hotel is really nice, beautiful and modern. Rooms are great and suggestion is to pick the sea view to enjoy to the fullest. The views from the pool and the restaurant are unbeatable. Beach in the grotto is also exquisite.

Cons:

Location wise it is a bit outside of Taormina and there is a short ride up to Taormina, however, the hotel offers free transfers. Also, was just a bit disappointed with the wine prices in the restaurant (15 euros per glass was a bit too much to pay being in Italy).

Très bel établissement avec une vue superbe

Situation exceptionnelle et vue incroyable sur la mer et l’Etna ; belles chambres et plage directe en bas de l’hôtel

Cons:

Douche étrange avec une paroi transparente donnant sur la chambre, sûrement plus adaptée à un couple qu’à une famille. Petit déjeuner copieux mais avec peu de produits préparés sur place.
