Hotel facilities, i.e. pool and beach are wonderful. The pool could have done with being temperature controlled as it was very warm so on the hot days didn’t feel very refreshing.
The staff were very helpful and friendly. It is very helpful that the hotel runs a shuttle bus service into the main town as it is not a walkable distance. Our initial bedroom was extremely disappointing and outdated for the Price. Fortunately the hotel staff were very helpful and upgraded us but without that upgrade the room would have really negatively impacted our stay in my opinion for the Price point the initial room offered was far below acceptable standards and I wouldn’t like anyone else to pay to stay in a room of that standard.
Otherwise, it was a lovely experience. As is always the case in Italy, the price point is slightly higher than the level of luxury, but overall I would recommend this hotel.

Staff was perfect
Great use of the shuttle - but took a taxi a couple of nights to avoid the walk up to town - would suggest drop off at the taxi station in town which would avoid walking up hill for 10 min.
Great paninis at the bar for a quick lunch
Food at the main restaurant overpriced which would not have bothered me given the location - but was really not good value for money - preferred eating at AMAZING places in town like Osteria Da Rita for surprisingly a lot less
Rooms outdated. Wierd smell in the hallway (stayed at 5th floor).

Well where would you like me to start for a four start hotel ?
-I’ll start at Checkin
-Noisy Asians that all staff had to attend to them so there was no one to check us in , a huge line up to all get us checked in
-foyer, not enough seating as there were only 4 seats & taken up by kids, welcome water was empty at 4 star you usually receive a completely sparking or other
-Rushed through sent to room no bags for 30 minutes
-Room was ment to be upgraded
-no kettle, no tea bags, no cups, no glassware IF we were to open our sparkling wine as it was our 21st wedding anniversary
-no glassware at all
-4x expresso paper cups only
-no milk IF we were to have a coffee
-no daily water
-no iron , I wanted to iron for my dinner booking at LV but I would have had to go to foyer go to other lift and go to level 3 no comfort in my own room while getting ready
- Bathroom for a 4 star I would have expected, shower caps, toothbrush, shaving kit , we only had shower gel & shampoo
-pool bar, you would think at a 4star they would have Happy hour
- why have a scan label at the laybeds umbrella when you have no service & have to go to the bar to order yourself.
-Bar went in to have a coffee & wiskey sat down asked for menu & never seen the man again 20 minutes so never ordered -
- curiously bus to Town needs more times slots up & back
-breakfast very limited choice for a 4 star hotel,
orange juice only no other choice of juice, no omelette, A/c dripping in middle of floor which we witnessed on our 3rd day a fall & broken plates
(saw that coming)
- Noise from room 105 was unbearable at at night all I could hear was some sort of lift sounded like a robot I’m thinking it was a service lift going all night
- I never saw a smile in any workers face nor did we get a greeting any time we sat any staff ( are they forced to work was my question)
-To be honest I was so glad to leave this hotel
-I could give it 5 stars for location.
