Je reviendrai dans cet hôtel pour de futurs séjours sur Paris.
Pros:

Confort et propreté de la chambre.
Emplacement idéal centre Paris, gare Montparnasse.
Quartier génial pour restauration et cafés.
Hotel petit déjeuner excellent, personnel au top.

Cons:

Je n'ai rien à dire. Trés satisfait. RAS.

Hotel Robbery
Pros:

Stayed here for a few nights. Hôtel is central with good links. However we inadvertently left some money in the hotel safe. Trying to contact hotel was extremely difficult and emails not answered. When I finally got in touch guess what? Our money was not in our safe. No help from this company, fobbed off. Just not good enough. Now being ignored. Surely this would be easily traced as hotel was quiet.
This has ruined our visit to Paris as feel robbed from what should be a secure place. Shame on you Mercure!

Cons:

Chambre minuscule, pas de produit de beauté ou très peu, la porte de la douche est tellement proche des toilettes qu'il est difficile de se faufiler dans la douche, la chambre est tellement petite qu'on ne peut pas ouvrir les placards ou presque. Cela n'est pas digne d'un 4 étoiles.

Booking was Pay at Property, however Hotel deducted Euros 241 as hold amount. Charged Complete amount during check in and still (26.02.2026) have not received refund of Euros 241

Bien, sans bruit j'aurai mis très bien.
Pros:

Il y avait des travaux dans l'hôtel donc du bruit à partir de 8 heures, pas top pour dormir le matin.
