Poor maid service
Pros:

Beds were comfortable, price was good.

Cons:

Maid service was the worst ever!!!! Was there for 3 nights, they never serviced our room. No clean towels, no trash pickup, nothing!!!! Had to get towels from front desk 2nd and 3rd day. Also, I finally had to put our trash out in the hallway for the front desk to remove on the 3rd night. Maids claimed there were do not disturb signs on doors each day. 2nd day we had maid service requested, and 3rd day was placed nothing so there would be no confusion. Still no service.

I was very satisfied and would stay again
Pros:

It was clean , beds comfortable and breakfast was ready by 6 am , lots of choices it was very good

Cons:

Kids in the pool roughhousing to the point I could not take a swim

Pros:

Everything was so clean and staff was so friendly and helpful. This is probably the best place I have ever stayed and I stay in hotel every week. I love this place.

Family Frindly Vacation
Pros:

The first thing that came to our mind when we walked into the lobby was WOW it smells so good and is so clean. For the price we were very skeptical at first. The whole place was very clean. We saw people walking around cleaning through out the day and evening hours. It was very reassuring. We had 2 rooms that were on the first floor. They were 2 double king bed rooms. The beds were AMAZING!! So comfy and soft. The bed was better than out bed at home. I always wake up with pack pain when on vacation. Never once woke up with back pain. The pool was very nice as well. The weather was perfect for swimming and the kids really enjoyed it. We traveled with 4 adults and 7 kids. This place was really wonderful. It is only a 32 minute drive to Holiday World. The breakfast was also really good as well.

Cons:

The breakfast hours are really early they end at 9am. Which a lot of hotels are 10am. I believe the hours should be later.
