100% recommend
Pros:

The staff here were so friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. Victoria really looked after us during the England v Norway match. 100% recommend this hotel. Nothing to fault!

Overall excellent experience and definitely would go again next time we are in Dublin
Pros:

The room was great (clean, fairly spacious, nice shower) and the staff accomodated my request for a river view. Location was quite central and easy to get around. Hotel vibe was very cool and bar area was excellent

Cons:

Only minor things: Room service was maybe a tad expensive (though not significantly so) and the breakfast menu options weren't great for my partner who is vegetarian and has a nut allergy. Aside from that, nothing else negative comes to mind

Staff insufficiently trained to deal with questions and express customer value and empathy.

Wrong cards charged at checkout, manager needed to be called by staff member to solve problems.

Price was 24 euro lower if I had booked on the day, than the original booking amount but they processed a higher amount. After all the.mess ups, it cost time waiting and was not effortless experience. I probably would have waived thr 25 euro parking fee, given the same hotel room advertised on the day was 24euro cheaper than what I was charged due to reserving booking 2 weeks before.

The perfect hideaway in the capital city
Pros:

Superb hotel, it had everything we required, super clean, modern & quiet. Beautiful pool area with perfect facilities for a quick chill in the city. Breakfast was incredible and staff very efficient throughout. Special thanks to the Brazilian spa therapist for the skilled treatments. Hotel central to everything we visited, no transport required throughout our trip. Will definitely return.

Fint men önskade mer.
Pros:

Bra standard överlag inklusive luftkonditionering. Ganska tyst. Centralt, gick att ta sig smidigt från flygplatsen med buss.

Fick en "ta med frukost" på helgen när de öppnade så pass sent som inte passade min avresetid. Uppskattar gesten.

Cons:

Frukosten i sig var väl inte efter min standard, när man ändå betalar för en viss nivå med hotell.

Kommunikationen. Jag blev försenad med flyget och kom att missa en natt p.g.a detta.
Meddelade boendet via Booking och fick i meddelandet att man kommer debitera mitt kort temporärt för en natt.

Vilket går emot deras policy, så den som skrev det for med osanning för jag fick ju betala för en natt hursomhelst.
Sen så försökte jag ta diskussionen med personal på plats, och de sa som det var om policyn men skulle också höra sig för om detta missförstånd och återkomma vilket de givetvis inte gjorde.

Absolutely amazing, thourougly enjoyed it. Will be back
Pros:

They gave you robes in the room. Television had all channels you would like such as Netflix, YouTube etc, rituals products in showers. Leisure centre had hairdryers and straighteners!! And was only a short distance from the 3 Arena

Cons:

Parking for guests should be free. It’s €25 per night. Also there is a security deposit of €50pp per night which is quite a lot if u are staying a few nights.

Not a very nice experience will not return,

Location was perfect

Cons:

The staff which I couldn’t understand, except for Lisa who was great , it was very busy for a Tuesday , didn’t get the right room , I spent 700 gb pounds and then another 50 for early entry but by the time I got in it was 230 , I did get this refund in the end , also ordered room service late it was a shambles.

Excellent
Pros:

I was in Dublin for a conference and had some extra time to explore the area. The Spencer hotel was top notch. We were super comfortable, the room was beautiful and the staff were super friendly and accommodating. When I come back, and I will be back, I will 100% stay there again and recommend to friends and family.
