Wonderful. Would come back.
Pros:

Location and the pool were such a bonus.
Wonderful breakfast and great service.
the front of desk staff and the housekeep staff were incredibly kind and supportive.

Cons:

It would have been great if the pool was open a little earlier.
The bar was incredibly noisy and that made the front hall very noisy too.
The space by the lifts was often very congested.

The location- it was lovely to be near the water, it was close to the centre and where we needed to be, and parking available close by. staff were friendly and helpful and breakfast was good

Apesar de o hotel praticar preços acima da média, fui surpreendido no momento do check-in com a exigência de um depósito de caução de 50€ por dia e por hóspede. Considero este valor excessivo e desproporcionado, sobretudo tendo em conta a categoria e o preço da unidade. Esta situação causou uma impressão bastante negativa e acabou por prejudicar significativamente a minha avaliação da experiência.

Staff were helpful and friendly.
We got bumped up to a king bed since it was my partners birthday.

Cons:

Our suite (610) was a bit scuffed up and we had to get the sheets changed since there was hair in the bed.
There were no adult only times for the pool at the weekends.
