It’s outdated, dirty and falling apart.
Pros:

The location is convenient.

Cons:

The hotel is falling apart. The curtain shears in the room were shredded bits of thread hanging on a curtain rod. The bed was clean and comfortable, but the rest of the room was very outdated and unserviceable. The swimming pool is disgusting. I spent half of my time cleaning hairballs from the pool with a net until I finally gave up and went back to the room. The whirlpool has been out of service for more than a year. It’s now used as a trash bin. For the Price they’re charging there are far nicer hotels in the same half mile radius for less money.

I would definitely recommend this location to anyone
Pros:

This was probably the best comfort Inn we ever stayed in. We’ve been traveling across country and we’ve stayed in three or four of them and this one was the best. The staff was wonderful, especially the girl that was on the Night Shift on September 3. Very very helpful. The breakfast was good. But what impressed us the most was that it had a door stop so we could bring our luggage in without the door closing on us all the time.

Excellent place to stay in Elkhart!!
Pros:

Place was excellent, with a good complimentary breakfast, indoor pool, clean, roomy, and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay, and it is rare that a stay will be comfortable enough that I don't miss home. Excellent find!

Cons:

Bacon? Everything is better with bacon.. but the sausage was good.

Front desk was nice.

Cons:

Had a chemical smell in the room and a bag over the smoke detector because someone was smoking something in there. I left the same day because I felt dirty breathing in whatever was being smoked inside that room. It was a waste of my money. Maybe another room could’ve been offered; I don’t know. Either way, it made the time feel dirty from drugs or something.
