Friendly helpful staff in well located hotel
Pros:

Very friendly and helpful staff. Lovely room with view of river. Great location. Some small issues sorted quickly once reception contacted. Comfortable real bar/restaurant attached - McGettigans.

Cons:

Having enjoyed food in McGettigans on my first two evenings, was disappointed with dinner on the last night as the beefburger in the daily special was burnt hard with a charcoal taste. I didn't have time for an alternative meal so ate what I could and unlike previous nights, I wasn't asked if all okay, even when plate collected. This was my only disappointment during an otherwise enjoyable stay
