We booked a room
For 6 people. We arrived and due to not great reviews they had changed our room. Gave us vouchers to use in their bar and restaurant. They didn’t need to but they did. We had the best meal I. Their restaurant. If we make it back I would definitely stay here again.
Hotel ligt vrij dicht bij het centrum. Parkeren tegen gereduceerd tarief in naastgelegen garage. Personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Een vergeten jas in de lobby komt weer boven water. Ontbijt is zeer uitgebreid. Behalve een menu kan er ook van een buffet gebruik gemaakt worden. Aanwezigheid van een bad werd op prijs gesteld. Kamer was ruim.
Omgeving is in de nacht enigszins lawaaiig, maar daar kan het hotel niets aan doen.
餐厅的食物很好吃,住店还有早晚餐折扣券

V friendly staff especially Shanice
All v good
Helpful staff, delicious breakfast
We had to park 4 blocks away and haul all our luggage because of no onsite parking.
Our 2nd time staying at this hotel, very clean, perfect location and helpful friendly staff, will definitely return
The Man at reception helped me with the map of Limerick. He gave me many recommendations.
I wanted to check in early after a long flight. I could not check in early.
Nothing
This hotel functions as a centre used by Limerick County Council to house vulnerable and homeless people, we were a very small number of paying guests. The majority of guests were vulnerable people being provided with social accommodation. Under no stretch of the imagination is this hotel 4 star accommodation. It’s very shabby with stained carpets, chipped furniture and is mainly concerned with housing vulnerable people. The bar is filthy with very stained seating and very sticky furniture. We did not feel safe there as one of the exit doors was open all day, there is no key card system so anyone can enter the hotel and access all areas including all the floors. We feel we were duped and charged a fortune to stay in what was actually a hostel rather than a hotel. Whilst understanding that vulnerable and homeless people need to be cared for it is utterly unfair to expose both the paying guests and the vulnerable people to each other, it was a very uncomfortable and frightening situation. We are requesting compensation for this stay, this “hotel’ is operating under false pretenses and lying to the general public.
We loved everything. The staff at check in were super. Didn't get the gentlemans name but he was super cheerful. Good on you.
Maybe it was my misunderstanding about parking that I didn't read but it was a bit hard to find when the traffic was coming fast at us from behind. But we managed it. Abit more signposts wouldn't go astray. We rang the hotel and they guided us nicely.
Clean and comfortable
The bar was closed when we got back around 12pm
Centrally located and has all the basics.
It is necessary to book parking in advance at third party car park. This worked fine but the car park has just changed it’s relationship with the hotel. This may cause problems in the future.
Location, excellent. We had a party of 11 with us, so managing to accommodate us for around 70 quid per person for two nights is very good. And the hotel lobby and bar is excellent. Certainly would go for the breakfast if you're there.
Triple bunk beds are a choice. One of my party described being on the bottom bunk as like waking up in a coffin. I think the room should've been slightly bigger if you're gonna fit 6 people in there.
Comfortable bed, decent sized room. Were given money off vouchers for breakfast our first morning,.which made it great value and there was a good variety of food available. An easy walk to the centre.
The cushion covers and bed runner were quite grubby and stained. Room got very hot, even without the radiator on, but was too noisy to leave the window open at night - some sort of loud, humming machinery at the back, overlooking the car park.
Parking was misleading. I booked under the impression it was 10 euro as advertised. Upon checkout the front desk told me that it was in fact not validated anymore by them and my ticket was nearly 30 euro. Unhappy with lack of transparency. I had phoned ahead of my visit and was told it was 10 euro. My shower was also not warm and the knob also fell off the handle.
