Renton gem
Pros:

The hotel was very comfortable. Good amenities. Excellent breakfast. Convenient location.

Cons:

There was some traffic noise. Recommend bringing ear plugs if you are a light sleeper.

Bad for handicapped, otherwise average for all others.
Pros:

Location and price were great.

Cons:

Handicap parking. There was only 1 handicapped parking space within a reasonable distance from the mail entrance. The others were way too far away to be even remotely convenient.

Good price low end everything that goes with that
Cons:

I did not like the blood stain on the blanket and clump or hair in the bedding. We both didn’t like the water pressure and time it took to get hot. I didn’t like how the dresser blocked part of the tv from the bed view like looking around the dresser to see the show. I hated how you could hear everyone around you even the smallest sneeze sounded like they were right across from you.

Excellent breakfast and great staff.

Cons:

The air conditioner worked great, but was too cold to sit near, yet the room had a cleaning chemical smell if the AC was turned off.

Refund Never Returned

Cons:

I never received my reservation fee of $150, which was promised to be refunded within two weeks. It has now been two months.

Because of this, I ended up paying $267.55 for one night at this hotel. The hotel claims the refund was already processed and tells me to contact my bank. My bank has confirmed no refund was ever issued. Booking.com has also been contacted but has been no help at all.

This situation is unacceptable. Paying nearly $300 for one night in what is essentially a 2-star hotel is not reasonable.

Stay away from this hotel if you do not want to deal with refund issues and poor customer support.
