Pros:

Great hotel, really helpful staff, great location - it is safe, many grocery shops and bakery around, near to the metro, clean, possibility to leave a luggage earlier, fully recommend

Pros:

Alles was erg schoon en het personeel was ontzettend vriendelijk. Ze doen er echt alles aan om ervoor te zorgen dat je een fijn en comfortabel verblijf hebt.

Een vriendin en ik hebben hier vijf nachten verbleven en alles was perfect. We hebben ook nog hele gezellige gesprekken gehad met het personeel en kregen goede tips voor ons verblijf in Parijs. We voelden ons er meteen welkom en zouden hier zeker opnieuw verblijven!

The hotel is very clean, we had everything we needed in the room, including a teapot which was very nice. The staff was amazing and very helpful with everything. Thank you for being part of the reason our stay in Paris was amazing!

Propreté (sauf le dernier jour), emplacement (très bien pour transport en commun ou taxi).

Cons:

Le dernier jour, la salle à manger était désolante tôt le matin : tables remplies de vaisselle sale et non ramassée pendant plus d’une heure, plus d’assiettes et tasses disponibles, beaucoup de produits non disponibles… heureusement c’était le dernier jour.
L’ascenseur aussi ne fonctionnait pas le dernier jour et personne ne nous a averties. Nous avons dû descendre les valises seules, sans aucune aide proposée.

A great place to stay!
Pros:

It was beautiful, tastefully decorated, clean, and the staff was helpful and friendly. The location was great; it was close to the metro, supermarkets and a lovely bakery/café. It’s in a quieter arrondissement. The room had air conditioning.

Pros:

I absolutely love everything about this hotel from the beautiful decor, the breakfast, the cleanliness, the gorgeous rooms full of character, but most of all THE STAFF! I’ve never experienced such accommodating staff who made me and my family feel so welcome, comfortable and who really went above and beyond. I am in a wheelchair and have some additional needs, none of which were a problem for this amazing team. The location was incredible and the staff even gave excellent advice on how to get places, ringing ahead to check wheelchair accessibility. If I ever come back to Paris I will be 100% staying here again!
