Não tem ar condicionado. É um hotel bem antigo, com decoração "clássica", já ultrapassada. Carpetes manchados.

Pros:

Emplacement, accueil, petit déjeuner copieux et fait maison (mention spéciale pour les gauffres "minute"), le Wine & Cheese, chambre spacieuse.

Cons:

Pas de double vitrage et donc aucune isolation phonique, vétusté de certains équipements.

Lovely, comfortable and beautiful stay. Would highly recommend!
Pros:

Great rooms, lovely breakfast, wonderful location.

Cons:

We made a mistake on our side with an aspect of the booking. A solution was proposed in a rather disingenuous way which resulted in additional costs that were not necessary, especially given other possible solutions. Not the end of the world, but still not appreciated.

Overall experience was nice. We've been here before and we'll be back.
Pros:

The location is great. Easy walking distance to Cannery Row, a grocery and convenience store are a short drive away, along with smaller restaurants, etc. The wine and cheese -- with coffee -- reception from 5 to 6 is a nice way to unwind after a long drive to get there, or after being out and about all day. Breakfast was good, with something for everyone.

Cons:

The fruit choices at breakfast could have been better. No one was grabbing any of the bananas or oranges the first day, which says something. The second day was a little better, but still not great.

Medicore. The location made it worth it.
Pros:

I requested early check in due to traveling with baby. I was told they would try to accommodate that. I called the day off and was also told that the request for a 2:30pm checkin was doable. They didnt. It was unfortunate way to start the trip.

Cons:

Towels were very used. Stale/crusty. The carpet really needed a deep cleaning. It was vacuumed but still left your feet bottoms dirty if walking barefoot.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and would definitely stay here again.
Pros:

Everything about the property was fantastic! Immaculate facilities. Staff was fantastic, and in particular the kitchen staff, who not only accommodated the free breakfast, but also served the complimentary wine and cheese daily in the late afternoon. It was like being in a bed and breakfast.

The front desk staff ruined my vacation
Cons:

The front desk staff acted like they hated their jobs and guests were annoying. The parking lot smells like chlorine so the kids thought there was a pool then were sorely disappointed. Lots of dust on the ceiling fan and vents. It was ok. Paying for location.
