L'emplacement. Le personnel de salle.

Cons:

La note de 8,8 sur votre site est incompréhensible. Nous étions dans une chambre donnant sur la rue au rez-de-chaussée et le bruit des voitures est omniprésent (simple vitrage). Le plancher bois de l'étage est d'origine : nous avons été réveillés par les bruits de pas des personnes de la chambre de l'étage supérieur qui venaient d'arriver. Les portes donnent directement sur les parties communes et le bruit des valises roulantes ainsi que les conversations des personnes sont également très présentes.Cet hôtel n'a pas fait l'objet de rénovations depuis des décennies. Le chauffage émet un bruit incessant lors de son utilisation. Nous avons demandé à changer de chambre mais l'hôtel était complet. Le geste commercial proposé en compensation a été de 50 $ pour 3 nuits. Le prix du parking est de 90$ pour 3 nuits.Le montant total du séjour a été de 930 €. J'ai choisi cet hôtel en grande partie eu égard à sa note sur votre site et aux commentaires. Il s'agit de l'hotel le plus cher de notre séjour et la pire expérience.

Room was clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable. Staff were positive.

Cons:

Although the hotel charges for daily parking on site, you are not assured of a parking place. We returned from dinner one evening and had to park in an unacceptably tight space. Front desk told us that if we could not find a space to park at the hotel, we would simply have to go find somewhere else and they would deduct the parking fee for that night.
Breakfast was very basic.

Cute little layout. Welcoming to pets. Wine tasting in the evening. Being able to leave our car parked while we walked to the aquarium.

Confusion and disappointed but overall okay
Pros:

Property was close to Monterey Bay

Cons:

Shower head had very low pressure. Sink and faucets had a really bad smell.- double charge through booking and Victorian inn.

Not really an Inn or a B&B
Pros:

Room was spacious

Cons:

Don't let the word Inn or B&B fool you. This is old dated hotel. While location is convenient they also charge $17 a day to park. The breakfast was minimal and wines terrible. The hotel rooms are very old and dated. It would not be my choice in the future
