The services of the staffs was remarkable. If their motto stated “Melayan dengan senang hati !” It’s true Gems. Breakfast Banquet is marvelous. They truly go above and beyond.
Many times blew my minds and My best friend Misslinda, how the chef and the staffs remember if I loved their colak singkong and special prepared from the kitchen for me. I feel the warmth and the love every time I stayed. Keeps up a great job 👏

The Stuffs from the minutes I arrived in the lobby throughout the housekeeping department was excellent. Each of them greeted with big smiles and sincere warmth. The breakfast banquet, was excellent services.

I stayed in this hotel several times and I like it due to the convenience. Right at the mall and close to everywhere, dinning options. However the property is too old and needs some improvements. I stayed in different rooms/floors and always have problems with shower head. The shower head looks to old and rusted, the water flow is bad, you need to stay close to the shower head everytime you take shower. Management needs to change all if those shower head and do a deep cleaning to keep this property better

Pros:

Wonderful introduction to my 2 week journey through Java and Bali. The staff was attentive and always helpful. The gym honestly has everything you could need. Oh and how could I forget the delicious breakfast. Would highly recommend.

+++Location.. easy to find..mall direct connection is very convenient..food choices delicious..
+++Prices affordable
- - -Lights are old and too Dark.. no USB outlets..need to bring old traditional electric plugs..
Water plumbing maintenance is needed... Plumbing are leaking when turning On .
+++ overall... I stayed 2 times 2+3 nights in Aug 2025..
I will be back again later this year 👍

i like when we enter the room it’s always cooling after a hot day shopping.. not many hotel is willing to cool the room when its empty.. thank u very much ciputra.. its my 2nd stay n i’ll continue to stay there when im in jakarta..

Rooms were big and clean. However the renovations are dated and seriously require an update. The air smells damp and towels are brownish. Not much selections on TV channels. Although there's a mall next to it, the food selections were limited.

This hotel is beautiful inside; spacious, attention to design & detail. All staff we had contact with were all one could want from a large hotel. The breakfast buffet was very good, many well done selections. The hotel has two indoor connections to the adjoining mall. With all the good we wanted to rate a 3.5. So much deserves a 4 but even with the attention and updating done it needs attend to the electric outlet replacements and updates to the bathrooms. If done this would be a solid 4 star hotel.
