Comfortable stay
Pros:

The room was spacious and clean and the bed very comfortable. Reception staff was very helpful on check-in ( Maria).
The location is between the bus-station and museum and not far from the railway station, with eateries and shops close by. A good selection at breakfast in a comfortable and airy room.

Cons:

Some noise from other rooms.
The balcony was a bonus but I was concerned - as a solo traveller - about the door; if this closed when on the balcony there was no exterior handle so no way of getting back into the room!

Había polvo en la habitación sobre todo en las lámparas y pelos en la ducha,soy limpiadora y me fijo en todo los detalles y si había pelos en la bañera.

Great location but a bit to noisy for us!
Pros:

We have just recently stayed here for a short break. On arrival the lady on reception could have been more welcoming and helpful. The hotel itself is in a great spot on a lovely street. Great value for money and nice and clean with plenty of hot water. The aircon wasn’t working properly, we think it was controlled by a central system rather than individually.
We didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment on that but overall it was ok. The downside for us was it was very noisy on an evening from street noise which went on into the late hours. This was possibly a weekend thing as it was quieter on a non weekend night. So we didn’t sleep to well during our stay. Would this put me off, yes I think so and wouldn’t stay again due to this. Also the walls aren’t soundproofed to well so you can hear noises from your neighbours. If they could fix those issues we would definitely choose it again if in the area bug otherwise no!
