Great location, large rooms
Pros:

Great location, very close to a tramline to the HB/city centre and with easy access to all destinations (also has a small supermarket in the building in front). Nice pool with extra towels. Large rooms with a kettle, mini bar, and a sofa. One morning I left a note to the cleaning staff asking for chamomile tea and they provided me with 5 tea bags, very thoughtful.

Cons:

The pool was not warm enough. On the last day, the cleaning staff didn't refill our hand soap and we ended up running out (as predicted, since it was really empty already - have no idea why they wouldn't fill it up).

Pros:

Ele fica um pouco distante mas tem Vlt na porta,então dá pra se deslocar bem.
Atendimento muito bom,limpeza também.
Hotel moderno.

Αν βρεθώ πάλι στη Ζυρίχη, σίγουρα θα το ξαναπροτιμήσω!
Pros:

Το προσωπικό ήταν φιλόξενο, ευγενικό και πολύ εξυπηρετικό. Το πρωινό ήταν αρκετά πλούσιο με προϊόντα πολύ καλής ποιότητας. Το δωμάτιο ήταν καθαρό και όμορφο. Το φαγητό του εστιατορίου ήταν πολύ καλό και το σέρβις εξαιρετικό.

Cons:

Το νερό της πισίνας ήταν κρύο, αλλά ήταν πολύ καθαρό!

Ein Ort zum wohlfühlen-wir kommen gerne wieder
Pros:

Das Personal ist äusserst freundlich und zuvorkommend! Die Gestaltung der Zimmer ist sehr hübsch und praktisch. Das Ambiente locker. Auch in Lobby und Bar war immer etwas los, stets belebte und angenehme Stimmung.

Cons:

Das Bettsofa ist unbequem und der Pool eher frisch.

Pros:

Emplacement très pratique près de la gare Hardbrücke. Petit déjeuner varié et très bon!

Cons:

Le canapé lit pour les enfants était plutôt petit, un seul duvet pour les deux enfants pas très pratique. Impossible de couper complètement la ventilation donc léger bruit en permanence.
