Accueil au top, services vraiment au top, piscine super (elle était dite datée dans certains commentaires, je ne sais pas si elle a été refaite, en tous cas nous l’avons trouvé très bien ! C’est une petite piscine en sous sol avec vue avec une fenêtre haute sur des arbres. Très bien pour les enfants !)

Outstanding
Pros:

Novotel Zurich West is located in a modern, newly developed part of the city, with all kinds of public transportation nearby. All the staff were polite and helpful. Our room was spotlessly clean, and the air conditioning was very comfortable.
The breakfast area was also very clean, and you can even enjoy breakfast in the garden while listening to the birds. I would definitely recommend this hotel to families with children.

Cons:

Instead of a double bed, they had placed two single beds side by side, but it was still comfortable.

We had a great stay, thank you. Would stay again.
Pros:

Location was close to tram and nice and quite close to some great restaurants. We loved the swimming pool and the games table etc. great staff.

Cons:

Housekeeping struggled to keep our room clean and tidy. The breakfast area is very small compared to other Novotel restaurants in smaller cities.

Better to take up a hotel that is closer to shops and other attractions
Pros:

Breakfast is awesome - a good spread for vegetarians also
Inroom coffee and creamer - not at all replenished for 3 days. Had to ask the reception multiple times, the whole hotel didnt have it. So they offered apology drinks instead
