Gute Lage, freundliche Damen an der Rezeption, aber schlechte Organisation und unmögliches Verhalten im Restaurant
Pros:

Das Hotel ist perfekt gelegen, um events in der MAAG-Halle zu besuchen. Auch die Anbindung an den öffentlichen Verkehr, um die Innenstadt zu erreichen, ist perfekt. Die Eingangshalle des Hotels ist sehr modern und einladend, einschliesslich eines Kinderbereichs. Die Damen an der Rezeption sind sehr bemüht, alle Unannehmlichkeiten auszugleichen

Wir hatten eine Reihe von Unannehmlichkeiten während unseres Aufenthalts:
Bei der Ankunft wurde uns gesagt, das Zimmer sei noch nicht fertig. Da wir früh angekommen sind, war dies zu erwarten gewesen. Wir haben die Koffer abgestellt und sind in die Stadt gefahren. Als wir um 15:15 wiederkamen, wurden wir nochmal um weitere 15 Minuten vertröstet. Als wir dann wiederkehrten, wurden wir ein weiteres Mal vertröstet. Letztenendes bekamen wir erst um 16:20 unsere Schlüssel. Im Zimmer angekommen, wollten wir den PIN für den Safe festlegen. Dabei fiel das gesamte Zahlen-Pad samt elektronischem Innenleben heraus. Also wieder ab zur Rezeption, um den Schaden zu melden. Aber soweit konnten wir es noch mit Humor nehmen. Die Höhe war dann das Verhalten eines Kellners beim Abendessen, als wir den Voucher für Getränke einlösen wollten, den wir als Entschuldigung für die verspätete Freigabe des Zimmers erhalten hatten (mit der Aussage: one Drink for each if you, alcoholic drinks included). Wir hatten zwei nicht-alkoholische und zwei alkoholische Aperitif bestellt. Nun wurde uns gesagt, der Voucher decke maximal Wein und Bier ab (wobei ein Glas Wein lediglich 3SF billiger ist als das Aperitif). Ich bot ihm an, die Differenz zwischen Wein und Aperitif zu zahlen. Stattdessen wurden wir beschuldigt, ihn betrogen zu haben. Wir hätten gefälligst besser nachfragen müssen und er müsse das jetzt aus seiner Tasche zahlen, weil an der Angabe im System nichts mehr zu ändern sei. Er liess mich dann auch gar nicht mehr ausreden. Ich bin noch nie derartig unfreundlich und unprofessionell in einem Restaurant oder Hotel behandelt worden. Der andere Kellner und die Damen an der Rezeption haben sich dann für sein Benehmen entschuldigt und waren sehr bemüht, die Wogen zu glätten.
