we are frequent guest at Novotel chain , this was not up to their standars!!!!!

Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis top für Kurzaufenthalt, gute zentrale Lage und ruhig.
Pros:

Das Zimmer war optimal für eine Nacht mit der ganzen Familie. Auch die Lage ist top, gut erreichbar mit ÖV und nur 15min Laufzeit vom Stadion Letzigrund entfern. Das war für uns Top, v.a. zu diesem Preis.

Cons:

Ich kann nachvollziehen, dass es ein internationales Hotel ist, aber es wäre trotz Fremdsprachen schon erwünscht, dass an der Rezeption auch Deutsch gesprochen wird.
