Pros:

Breakfast was dull a bit. room was specious and beds were comfortable. location is great in the West City/

Cons:

Shower was narrow, and the surface next to shower very slipery.

Pros:

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la propreté des lieux, l’excellent emplacement, la gentillesse du personnel ainsi que la décoration soignée. Les enfants ont reçu des cadeaux et se sont beaucoup amusés dans cet endroit très kid-friendly.

Cons:

Il manque peut-être simplement une cabine fermée à la piscine pour plus de confort. Sinon tout était parfait !

L‘emplacement, le parking et l‘amabilité du personnel au Petit déjeuner

Cons:

La literie, catastrophique, matelas de très mauvaise qualité, bruit de minuteur qui se déclenchait toutes les heures pendant la nuit, propreté moyenne (cheveu retrouvé près de la baignoire)

Nie wieder. Wir wurden gescamt.
Pros:

Der Zimmerservice war sichtlich bemüht um 22 Uhr noch die Couch zu beziehen.
Bemühter als das Personal an der Rezeption.

Cons:

Ich hatte nachweislich eine Suite mit 2 Schlafzimmern gebucht. Bekommen habe ich ein Schlafzimmer und ein Wohnzimmer. Die ausziehbare Couch musste erst bezogen werden, obwohl ich angekündigt hatte dass wir sie brauchen.
Das Hotelpersonal an der Rezeption war nicht an einer Lösung interessiert. Ich habe bewusst eine Unterkunft mit 2 Schlafzimmer gebucht und auch bezahlt! Bekommen habe ich was anderes!
