Pros:

The hotel was clean and in a good location. The noise from Veronicas wasn't as bad as we were expecting. The rooms were basic and the beds were very old. They were squeaky and dipped in the middle - could tell they were very old and in need of an upgrade. We were using 2 rooms and all the beds were the same. The food was fine - there was enough choice but when items were low the staff were slow to replenish. Main downside was that the staff in the restaurant were rude and looked like they didn't want to be there. However, it should be noted that reception staff were great and the cleaning staff were friendly too. The best thing about this hotel was the pool area. Fantastic layout, heated pools and plenty of sunbeds. Would probably choose a different hotel next time but would never say never to returning one day - if the beds were replaced. Overall a lovely stay and if you have a trip planned, you will have a nice time.

A stressful and unacceptable stay made even worse by serious safety issues and a bed bug infection.
Cons:

Extremely disappointing and unpleasant stay. Early in our stay, the glass bathroom door became misaligned and jammed, making it impossible to properly close the bathroom and toilet. Because the door had dropped, there were visible broken glass pieces at the bottom, which created a serious safety hazard. We were traveling with a toddler who has just started walking and moves around everywhere, so it was extremely stressful having to constantly prevent our child from going into the bathroom area. The most unacceptable part is that despite repeated complaints, the issue was not fixed for 5 days.

Even worse, there were bed bugs in the room — both in the main bed and in our baby’s crib. Our baby was bitten, and both my wife and I also ended up covered in bites. After returning home, we now have to arrange professional pest treatment for our apartment, causing additional stress and significant expense.

I believe the hotel should take responsibility for this situation, cover the costs related to the bed bug treatment, and urgently address the infestation before more guests are affected.

I would not recommend this hotel to families with children or to anyone looking for a safe and hygienic stay.

Ottimo Hotel in buona posizione fronte spiaggia, con ottimi servizi, ovviamente essendo un hotel internazionale bisogna predisporsi che non siamo in Italia per il cibo, ma noi abbiamo sempre MANGIATO BENE.

Séjour très agréable, je recommande vivement cet établissement.

Lovely stay
Pros:

We were all inclusive, good selection of food for each meal. The infinity pool on floor 2 was gorgous and plenty of sunbeds. The staff were friendly at check in and throughout. Very clean hotel. Right beside the beach and taxi rank. We would stay again.

Cons:

We were lucky to be on the opposite side of Veronica strip just something to me mindful of if booking but we were very happy!

Great hotel and price.
Pros:

We booked without reading the reviews. Misunderstanding between friends, we each thought the other had looked. When we did read them there were some really bad reviews so we were expecting the worst. And what a nice surprise we had. The hotel was lovely, modern and clean. The staff very helpful and friendly. Food was really good, plenty of variety. A little slow sometimes at re stocking but put down to short staff as are most places. We were worried about the noise from the Veronica’s but we heard nothing. Lots of bars, restaurants and shops about. Walk straight out of hotel onto the beach. 25 minutes from the airport.
Only complaint is that the rooms are too small for 3 adults. This we were told this was down to Jet2 wanting 3 to share a room. We had 3 single beds but they were squashed together. My poor friend in the middle had to slide to the bottom of the bed to get out.

Posizione perfetta , struttura pulita e staff disponibile.
Piscina e bar della piscina davvero ottimi.
Buffet sia della colazione che della cena davvero validi e vari.

Cons:

Tutto ottimo , giusto due precisazioni:
La doccia della camera perdeva acqua in quanto non chiusa del tutto , il Wi-Fi prendeva solo in camera e non in tutta la struttura.

On its way in wrong direction catering wise
Pros:

Third year here
Rooms and pool areas great as usual

Why a 3 we both felt the food had gone down in the quality offered and left you thinking budget cuts being made

Examples first year meat carved as waited now in a dish

Jam no choice other than diet

Oat milk have to ask now behind counter in mornings as oppose help self like previously

Fruit no melon anymore and dinner more of a fruit bowl as oppose sliced fruit

Nutella is no more it’s a chocolate sauce

So don’t get me wrong food is still good and as a vegan I always found something to say I’ve had a meal and the catering staff were helpful around clarity

So didn’t at all spoil holiday but noticed and it felt like it is more towards 3 than 4 star now
