Pros:

The hotel is the best we stayed on any of the Canary Islands, we didn't hear suit cases been dragged around the corridors all hours at night and morning the breakfast was top class very clean around the pool , our room totally modern beautiful bathroom plenty of hot water beds really comfortable, upstairs staff very friendly and helpful, reception staff so nice whole entrance area fresh and inviting

il ristorante è piccolo e super affollato.reparto dolci da rivedere ed anche quello delle colazioni.la struttura specie nei mobili e serramenti mostra i segni del tempo.fino a notte fonda si è disturbati dalla forte musica di una discoteca vicino all’ albergo.sistemando queste cose il rapporto qualità prezzo ,sarebbe perfetto.

Pros:

Ovo nam je treći put da smo odsjeli u ovom hotelu. Odlična lokacija hotela. Raznovrsna i ukusna hrana. Ljubazno i uslužno osoblje hotela. Najviše nam se sviđa pristup Natural SPA centru.

Cons:

Komunikacija s hotelom bila je vrlo spora. Na upit koji smo poslali mjesec dana prije dolaska dobili smo odgovor tek dan nakon što smo već napustili hotel.

No frills hotel masquerading as a four star clear

Daytime location was great. Great view brill sunset

Cons:

Right on t he Veronicas. 4in the morning before the noise stoped no sleep all week.
Paid for spa etc but it was closed all week. Fab balcony but no form of shade. So unable t o use for any length of time.
Food was horrendous canteen like with little choice and chef who couldn’t even tell me what fish he was cooking at the grill.

Frente a la playa con buenas alternativas
Pros:

La ubicación es perfecta, frente a la playa y en medio de zona de más ambiente.
El personal fué siempre muy amable y servicial dentro de lo apretado de su función tanto en recepción como en el comedor por la cantidad de gente que atender.
Tienen piscina infinita preciosa, piscinas grandes, SPA recién renovado.

Cons:

El excesivo ruido de música de los bares de la zona que dura hasta las 5 o las 6 de la mañana y que los hoteles de la zona deberían conseguir atenuar y acotar en tiempo.
Cierto mobiliario con telas muy manchadas que habría que limpiar o sustituir.
Que no informasen en la web del cierre por reforma del SPA que fue la razón que mantuvo la reserva aún sabiendo que iba a hacer mal tiempo.

Overall, our experience at this hotel was **terrible**, and I will explain why.

First of all, **the general condition and appearance of the hotel and rooms are very poor**. Although it seems that some minor cosmetic fixes have been attempted, the overall state of the property is unacceptable. The rooms smell unpleasant, the rubber seals on the doors are coming loose, and generally everything that could be in bad condition seems to be exactly that. The hotel simply feels worn out and poorly maintained.

Secondly, **the staff’s response to problems is ineffective**. They appear to try to respond, but in reality they solve nothing. During our stay we encountered two major issues. The first one was that on Booking.com there is **no information stating that children are not allowed in the spa area**. We specifically chose this hotel because of the spa facilities for our family. However, during our entire stay the spa area was **under renovation and completely closed**. The only information about this was a piece of paper on the spa door. No prior notice was given.

We were traveling with a **small child**, and for two days we tried to resolve the issue of unsuitable rooms. The best solution the hotel could offer was a **ground-floor room located directly under a disco and evening show area**, where loud music and events continued until **1 a.m. every night**. The hotel was fully aware that we were traveling with a small child, because we even paid the full fee for the child.

We also spoke with the **hotel manager** about this situation, but as mentioned before, nothing meaningful was offered and the reaction to our concerns felt indifferent.

Another unpleasant surprise was **unexpected extra charges**. For the first time in my life I had to pay **€2.5 per day just to use the room safe**. The amount itself is not large, but after already paying a significant price for the stay, this feels completely absurd.

Intolerable.
Pros:

La terraza y el baño de la habitacion.

Cons:

Poca limpieza en el comedor, sillas sucias, manteles sucios, personal barriendo el suelo mientras estabamos cenando. Limpiaban las mesas tirando los restos de comida al suelo y a las sillas.

Good value for money staff helpful
Pros:

The outdoor pools were heated so we were able to swim every day even when a bit cloudy service at bat was good and reasonable prices location and great northern soul bar next door

Cons:

Veronica club up the road very loud until 5.am you need the air conditioning on to block the noise when sleeping spa was closed for renovation which we weren’t aware of
