Konumu çok iyi. Oda çok ferah. Küçük bir mutfağı var. Buzdolabı var. Banyo ferah. Banyoda bide var. Yürüme mesafesinde her yere ulaşabiliyorsunuz. Otelin sokağı çok canlı. Otelin arka sokağında meclis binası var. Bulunduğu ortam bu nedenle çok güvenli. Her yerde polisler var. Kahvaltı odaya geliyor ancak marketten yapacağınız alışverişle kahvaltınızı odada rahatlıkla yapabilirsiniz.

When we arrived, they didn't know we had our 3-year-old twins with us. They were complaining about the kids and wanted to charge more. They ended up not charging more, but they took our American passport as a deposit. In the morning, they decided to charge us more for the kids, and we couldn't do anything about it. We also had no time or energy to fight. We paid more, and they never gave us our passports back. We had a really big issue at the airport, and even after we told them, they still didn't give us the passports back. They didn't want to send them to us for free. They insisted we have to pay for the delivery. We contacted booking.com, and they talked to them, and they agreed to send them to us. A little after that, we started to get weird mail from Spain addresses to our address in New York, meaning When we arrived, they didn't know we had our 3-year-old twins with us. They complained about the kids and wanted to charge more. They didn't end up charging more, but they took our American passports as a deposit. The next morning, they decided to charge us more for the kids, and we couldn't do anything about it. We also had no time or energy to fight. We paid more, and they never gave us our passports back. We had a major issue at the airport, and even after we told them, they still didn't return our passports. They didn't want to send them to us for free. They insisted we have to pay for the delivery. We somehow our address was shared. Not blaming them, but it was weird.

The hotel insists we have to pay for the delivery of our passports to the US - we contact booking.

Pros:

Estuve solamente una noche y me gustaría haber estado más. El personal 10 de 10, la limpieza super bien. Osea todo super limpio, y daba gusto. El desayuno, estuvo muy bien y el zumo natural de naranja con el cruasán calentito un puntazo. Calidad-Precio, 11 de 10. No tienen una sala de desayuno, te lo suben en la habitación y eso se agradece, y mucho.

Perfecto para trabajar y céntrico en Madrid
Pros:

El edificio se encuentra en una zona céntrica de Madrid, el persona es muy amable y atento, todo estaba limpio y el apartamento era muy espacioso.

Cons:

Solo indicaría que sería interesante reformar un poco los baños porque sufren mucho desgaste con el uso, como es el caso de la bañera y mampara, pero cabe decir que estaban limpios.
