انصح موظف الريسبشن باولو بأخذ دورات في أدب اللباقه والاحترام في التعامل مع النزلاء

مساحة الشقة جيدة ل 3 اشخاص

بعيد عن غران ڤيا ماانصح بالسكن فيه تحت الفندق بارات كثيرة و صوت ازعاج كبير بالليل .. كل ماطلعت تقفل الباب وتسلم المفتاح للفندق وتاخذه منهم لما ترجع .. مساء يقفلون باب الفندق ولن تستطيع الدخول الا اذا موظف الموجود فالريسبشن فتحلك الباب… مرة رجعنا وماكان الموظف موجود و نطرنا برا ولما جاء ( اسمه باولو) كان بالداخل يتكلم مع نزيل آخر و خلانا ملطوعين عند الباب ولا كأنه شايفنا !! طرقنا عالباب عشان يفتح لان راجعين تعبانين قام يصارخ علينا بصوت عالي ويكلمنا بتهجم و بطريقة همجية كأننا نشتغل عنده ويسخر منا ! موظف سيئ الخلق للغاية عكس ألبرتو اللطيف واللبق

Pros:

The location was perfect, easy walking distance from the Prado and other museums, nice cafes in the neighborhood and easy walking distance to metro to get anywhere! The rooms were very large and comfortable. The staff was great about holding our bags and we were even able to check in early and freshen up before starting our day on arrival. Everything was perfect!

Cons:

Everything was perfect… nothing not to love! Even the price!

Nice attempt, but there’s much better places in central Madrid for the same money
Pros:

Bedroom and living room nicely designed

Cons:

The location is messy and lowmarket, the kitchen area feels very cheap, and the bathroom was so-so at best

would not recommend.

Not much.

Cons:

Bathroom small and mould in shower. Bed was awful and 2 could not sleep in bed so had to go to single bed. Doors didn't
close properly. Noisy as is on main road. No aircon. It was old and restored cheaply.

Pros:

El estilo y la comodidad. Me tocó la suite del ático y era espacioso, bien amueblada, con persianas que bajaban por las ventanas inclinadas del techo y anulaban toda la luz. En cambio, si quería luz natural podía tener muchísima. El desayuno en la habitación es otro punto adicional que amé. La amabilidad y flexibilidad del personal agregó mucho más valor aún a mi experiencia

La sécurité du bâtiment. Le personnel très accueillant et sympathique. Nous donnes beaucoup de conseils très utiles. La chambre est spacieuse. Le confort des lits et de la literie était super. Le ménage se fait tôt. Et l'emplacement est le meilleur qu'on pouvait espérer.
