Great value without sacrificing comfort or atmosphere
Pros:

Clean and beautifully landscaped to fit the aesthetic of the more romantic parts of Healdsburg. Being located in an industrial part of this small town, the appearance of the property is crucial.

Cons:

Some repairs due to water damage outside the rooms

Pros:

Location and staff. No fitness center on-site but could use location a few blocks away

Cons:

No breakfast, no fitness center, use of only one if two pools. Property looks old

Not what I expected
Pros:

The size of the room was great. Being next to a great Cafe was very convenient.

Cons:

The noise. Not sure if was the location of my room, across from vending machines and stairs. Very loud people talking around it in the wee hours.

Would be a good idea to have grab bars in the bathroom for people to grab on to in the shower.

Pros:

The room was spacious. The beds were comfortable.

Cons:

The facility is outdated. Many little things showed this – like an elevator with old carpet and old walls. The furniture in the room was inexpensive and had dings in it. There was no shower cap and no lotion and none of the extra little amenities that would one would expect for a room that was basically listed at $360 a night.
