Pictures we’re a lot differant than what we got
Quality of room up keep wasn’t good
I liked the friendly welcome at the desk.
The cleaning staff was exceptional.
The showers don't have fans and the entire room would get extremely steamy and uncomfortable. The rooms were small.
My bathroom had ants and it was too late to change rooms so I had to deal with those which was gross and time consuming. I told the front desk twice and emailed the GM who never replied. I guess they are used to that problem.
Ants in the bathroom.
Excellent location, almost everything else was reasonable.
We were in room 105 and I believe the fresh water input to the toilet was leaking on the bathroom floor, so the floor was always wet. Essentially had to wear shoes in the bathroom.
Nunca mas uso Agoda. Un desastre. Hasta ellos me dijeron que son de lo peor. Uno reserva, llega, y hay que luchar para que manden la reserva. Alerta a quienes usen Trivago
Agoda
Service was great enjoy my stay and would definitely be my future stop when I stay in town which it will be often
The reason why I was disappointed is because I was told one prize and when I presented my card I was charged a totally different prize but I couldn’t dispute it at the time we were there for a funeral and was limited in time but I did approach another person trying to understand what the hidden charges were but still was very unhappy with the explanation not sure if I’ll get any refund back to my card will have to wait and see but other than that service was excellent would definitely stay at this property again thank you to all the staff and sorry for my dislike
I think the bed was good.
I feel like it was a bait and switch. I thought I was staying at the lodge. The pictures in your boooking.com app made it look this way and it wasn’t and switch rooms 3x to find some peace. I think there was a small chemical issue too.
The Dry Creek Inn is what we expect from a Best Western - no frills, a comfortable, clean room and an experience above Motel 6 but not quite the Marriott.
We like to stay in the "hub," as they say and seek hotels walking distance to areas of main activity, like a Downtown. When I spoke to the person who took my reservation, she assured me the property was walking distance to the Plaza. Technically, I guess 1.3 miles is walkable, but wasn't exactly what I had in mind, particularly since it was 97-degrees out.
The first room we were given had an overwhelming smell of bleach from, I'm assuming, the cleaning crew. It was so powerful that we immediately turned around and went back to the office for a different room. In Room #2 the smell was faint and we had to open a window and leave the door open (recall it's 97-degrees outside) to help the odor subside.
The Dry Creek Inn provided us with a clean, large, comfortable room, at a nightly price about half of the hotels on the same street, and significantly less than a room Downtown. We would choose to not stay here next time in Healdsburg, but that has more to do with proximity rather than comfort.
Clean and comfortable. Great location.
It was clean and had everything that we needed for our stay.
Pillows where very uncomfortable and the bed made some weird noise when we down
