Pros:

The staff was amazing - I am allergic to animals and disappointed to discover there are no rooms held as animal free - most hotels will at least reserve a few rooms for people with allergies. However, they did cross reference other people's stay and offer me a room that hadn't had an animal for two months.

Everything else was really good, but this was a big problem.
Pros:

My bathroom had ants and it was too late to change rooms so I had to deal with those which was gross and time consuming. I told the front desk twice and emailed the GM who never replied. I guess they are used to that problem.

Cons:

Ants in the bathroom.

The showers don't have fans and the entire room would get extremely steamy and uncomfortable. The rooms were small.

Good, no major surprises.
Pros:

Excellent location, almost everything else was reasonable.

Cons:

We were in room 105 and I believe the fresh water input to the toilet was leaking on the bathroom floor, so the floor was always wet. Essentially had to wear shoes in the bathroom.
