The cleaning ladies hold do a half-a** job every day
Despite being partially under renovation (the bar and several floors were closed and we were among the very few guests), our room was great, fully equipped and clean. The price was excellent, if I've a car you can easily visit the city centre.
I don't know how it will be after the renovation, but it looks promising.
