Nice hotel, good for families with kids.
Pros:

Good breakfast, Tesla chargers at the parking. Room was nice and clean. Big space outside for the kids to play and run.

Cons:

Dinner not too good and expensive

Le personnel était trés à l'écoute, disponible et serviable.

Séjour globalement bien, mais quelques points à améliorer.

Le choix au restaurant est assez limité et le déjeuner reste standard.

Nous avons également dîné au restaurant Oxygène de l’hôtel, où une expérience problématique s’est produite : ma femme a trouvé un morceau de métal dans son plat. Le personnel s’est excusé et nous a proposé une réduction de 30 % sur le repas, ce qui est appréciable.

Das Badezimmer wirkt etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Beim Duschen tritt aufgrund einer fehlenden oder unzureichenden Dichtung an der Duschwand Wasser aus, wodurch der Boden schnell nass wird. Wir mussten Badetücher verwenden, um das Wasser aufzunehmen.

Beim Frühstück hätten wir uns etwas mehr Service gewünscht. Die Tische waren nicht vorbereitet, sodass wir zunächst selbst alles organisieren mussten. Eine klarere Struktur oder etwas mehr Aufmerksamkeit seitens des Personals wäre hier wünschenswert.

Insgesamt gibt es Verbesserungspotenzial, insbesondere im Bereich Ausstattung und Service.Für 29 CHF kann mehr erwarten

Great option for families with kids
Pros:

Lovely property and great for kids to be able to run around and play. Restaurant was good and convenient after a day out and about and it’s well located to transportation. Would have been nice to have something in the park area that was targeted to kids 6+ but my oldest made due.

Cons:

The room was warm. Noticeably warmer than the hallways which would have been the perfect temperature for sleeping.

Accoglienza. Alla reception non parlavano italiano, ma sono convinto che non ne avessero voglia. Parlo francese quindi nessun problema, ma personale poco disponibile. (Parlo solo riferendomi a chi mi ha accolto).
