Room was spacious, clean and quiet. Bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

Breakfast was less than par. Just a suggestion - add more towels racks in the bathroom.

Location was why we booked here.

Cons:

Poor customer service, 24/7 coffee is a joke - coffee and lobby ran out at 8:30 a.m. Sunday morning, nothing left but decaf I was told. Walls so thin we couldn't sleep with all the noises, including laundry being done at 4:00 a.m. with shoes banging around in machine. Breakfast was very mediocre. We wanted a place to meet with family from time to time, this won't be the place.

Location is great for us. Breakfast was very good.

Cons:

Would have preferred a ground floor room but I did not ask for one. Cost was a little higher than last time we stayed there.
