Pros:

Roach on my bed. Was om the first floor i happend to check the windows and were unlocked. Safety is my main need in a room.

Pros:

The staff were wonderful. They were all so kind, friendly, and very helpful. We had a wonderful stay and would have liked to have stayed longer. We would highly recommend this hotel.

Not pleasant this time.

I stayed here many times. Great people close to town.

Cons:

Roaches in our room so they swapped our rooms and again. It’s in the rooms. Disgusting. Not sure why I have stayed so many times and never seen any.

Pros:

I traveled up Panama City a couple of times a year and stay on the beach . There's a couple of waterfront properties with a really nice jacuzzi. Well this visit was a complete nightmare. The sidewalks were filthy like the streets in New York.. Forcing me to find another place. I went on Google and found the Country Inn & Suites. I was very happy to walk into such an Immaculate Hotel and the staff was very friendly. They had an emergency all the fire alarms started going off when I arrived. I laughed with one of the guest and told him that's how I make my entrance. The girl on the night shift was very professional with the whole situation helping the fire department navigate through the hotel. Apparently somebody smoked in one of the rooms. And everything started going off . At least you know the safety system works well . The young lady at the front desk still managed to smile through the whole situation. People piled up in the lobby.
The next morning I was starving . I went into the breakfast area which was a really nice little setup . I saw some country style biscuits. I never tried biscuits and gravy. So I asked the manager do they have if they had that in the breakfast menu. Only on certain days. He went above and beyond he went into the Little Kitchen and heat some up for me. It was very tasty. It was nice how he made sure my stay was pleasant. I made sure to tell him and the staff that it was a really great experience.

Pros:

It was quiet and convenient to everything and the staff was nice.

Cons:

Only issue we had was finding bugs in the room. Not alot but they appeared to be small roaches.
