Housekeeping staff (Barry) were very caring and helpful
The room was a little cramped and parking and breakfast costs a little extortionate
Lovely staff very helpful
Ruhige Lage, ÖPNV in der Nähe, sehr gutes Bett
Sanitärinstallationen funktionierten schlecht, Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig, sogar Schimmel im Bad
Really friendly staff
Same issues as last time I stayed. Water not very hot in the shower. I think they deliberately limit the thermostat to save money. When I told them
They said they’d fix it and never did. Exactly the same thing happened last year! Also they don’t clean the room even if you put the sign out before 10pm the previous nights. Staff very friendly though and gave me a free breakfast to apologise but I’d rather hot water and a clean room.
Güzel
Very comfortable bed
Poor cold breakfast and cramped ensuite
Serviceable but tired hotel. Breakfast was ok.
I was put in a smoking room even though the Receptionist told me all the rooms are meant to be non-smoking. The carpet and curtains reeked of stale smoke. I had to ask to be moved to another room. The decor and furniture were very tired and out of date (dark brown 1980s style) and peeling paint in the bathroom. It seemed the assumption was no one would be staying more than one night. I did not understand why people left empty food containers and bottles outside their rooms in the corridor. The main entrance to the hotel was via the carpark. To get to it as a pedestrian you had to walk either round the back of the hotel or down a dingy pathway next to the petrol station. The hotel was really quite far from the West End but, admittedly, very handy for the Gartnavel hospital next door. The 3 night B & B stay was not cheap - over £400. Generally, the hotel needs refurbishment.
The staff were fantastic and accommodating with our late arrival. They made the evening relaxed and comfortable. The breakfast was great. A good selection of breakfast items, hot and cold.
It was quite an old room with stains on the carpet, which is minor really but raised questions on the cleanliness of the place. The shower is quite high from the floor as it is over the bath.
Location
A bit dated generally
Comfortable beds, tea and coffee..Clean room
The bathroom needs work. Missing hook off the door, peeling paint off the ceiling and black mould issues around the tiles.
Location, friendly staff
Very worn out hotel, doors to rooms seem to all have problems with the key locks, we certainly did. Lights in room were mostly out of order. Wash basin in sink was all cracked and a great piece was missing from it. Needs a good refurb.
Nice location
The shower kept coming on too hot while in use and there was dust everywhere in the room after just one day.
Very little the staff tried hard.
Smelly and dirty rooms, showers and baths that either didn’t work or had only cold water or scalding hot water. Very run down property.
