Pros:

Personnel accueillant. De pouvoir déposer nos bagages plusieurs heures avant d’avoir la chambre. Le plateau de courtoisie.

Cons:

Propreté limite. Surtout dans les coins de la salle de bain.

Disappointing room but the location still works for me.
Pros:

Good location, friendly Scottish staff. I think it is lovely to be served by locals.

Cons:

Big piece is wall paper missing from the wall. Lights in the bathroom kept going off and the on. At one stage I was showering in complete darkness. I did tell reception but it didn’t get fixed. My room was not made up after day 1.
Lid on the peddle bid was balanced on top of the bin.
I have stayed at the leonardo many times even from when it was called the ponds. The state of the room was the worst I have experienced.

basic standards were met, but all in all not a very nice place
Pros:

the place - rooms and corridors - was covered with carpets, not new, and there was a rather unpleasant smell
breakfast was plenty and they had glutenfree bread; but the cooked food was lukewarm and not very tasty
the bed was fine.

Would not stay again. Expensive for what it was, rooms a bit dated.
Pros:

Not much to like. Room was clean

Cons:

Brutalist 1970s architecture. Expensive for what it was. Car park was charged in addition to an expensive room. Very noisy with fans on the roof outside the room. These fans went on all night, shutting down for 30 seconds only turn on again louder.

When we complained about the blood and excrement that awaited us in the toilet, we were immediately issued with a full refund.

Cons:

Blood and excrement in the toilet on arrival. Peeling walls, cobwebs on the ceiling. Hotel miles away from the city centre, such is not is fault of course but didn't realise it was quite so far. Very noisy road.
