Everything, we have stayed before and it was perfect for what we needed
Starting to look a bit tired and needing a refresh of paint work etc
Some staff were very good. Everything worked and it was a basic functional hotel
Nothing wrong at all with the hotel but they should be aiming a bit higher. It would be quite easy to move this hotel on a notch or two if the management wanted to, imo
The location was what attracted us.
The toilet and shower were cramped and not clean enough. The shower pressure was low.
The parking charge was not clear in the advertisement.
Just exactly what we needed
Nothing
Lots of car parking, a bonus in Glasgow. Very helpful staff and there was a good choice for breakfast. The 2 staff members working on breakfast, kept tables cleaned and ready very quickly. as we were checking out the lady cleaning our room came down to reception with my scarf which I'd forgotten - she caught us just before we left. Beds were comfy, rooms were clean.
The hotel is a bit dated and some areas needs some TLC but it didn't impact our stay.
The staff were excellent and very helpful, in particular George and Scott. They were engaging and welcoming.
Hotel was tired and in need of a refurbishment. Rooms were run down, my room had torn wallpaper and stains. No residents bar available.
Good size room with a king bed
The shower was very COLD and when I advised the front desk it was obvious that they knew of the problem but had not rectified the issue
We had a very nice stay at this hotel. There was a huge bed which was very comfortable. We chose the hotel for its location as being from Glasgow it was ideal for our needs which were in the hotels locality. The staff were very friendly and most helpful which can be expected from fellow Scottish people. Our room had a nice view of the pond despite the usual Glasgow weather.
Minor faults, toilet seat lid was broken and toilet roll kept falling off of the holder but this did not spoil our stay.
Food was nice
Shower was not powerful at all get more power from a drip
The body wash was empty
Only a 1/4 of a toilet roll not even a full one

Room was to hot, no ability to lower temperature.
Floorboards made a lot of noise.
Hair dryer not great.
Television only worked sometimes .
Staff were very friendly- a real highlight of our stay, particularly the friendly Scottish man at breakfast (I don’t remember his name, possibly Nick, but he was a delight! A real asset to your hotel!)

Bed was comfortable
Concerns about room cleanliness- under sheet in the bed was stained with what I hope was fake tan. There was also mould in the bathroom and on the fan.
Breakfast food was not good, hot food very over cooked and hard, we ended up eating hot breakfast elsewhere every day and just having coffee/tea at the hotel.
Also, I had contacted the property in advance to say I needed an extension lead to use my medical device in the room, when I contacted I was advised there was a socket right next to the bed so the lead would not be needed.
On my arrival, there was no socket near the bed, it was at the TV only and I had to request the extension lead again. (Which was provided very quickly in fairness, but it was confusing to be told it wouldn’t be required when it was)

The fact there was no hot water and was told turn the cold down instead of fixing the problem
Good size room with tea/coffee facilities. Comfy bed. Breakfast was nice, good variety, cooked well. Hotel is lovely inside. Plenty of parking. Lovely helpful staff.
Good value for money and handy location for my visit.
Our room was next to the stairwell. The stairwell door squeaked/groaned very loudly everytime it was used. This was frequently at bedtime and frequently at crack of dawn. Too late to request room change as little one was asleep.
Advised staff next morning the door needed a good oiling.
No complaints otherwise.
