Home away from home..
Pros:

The staff were so lovely.. i was checked in by a lovely man and lady.. such a laugh.. they deserve recognition. Didnt get their names but absolutley lovely people.

The hotel is very easily accessible from the city center. It's a 2-minute walk to catch buses 6/6a or 15. There's a lovely walking trail right outside. All the staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel interior is generally clean and functional. There's M&S Simply Food right in front of the hotel for everything you need.

Cons:

The decor and shower need a bit of a refresh.

Despite the shabby appearance the room was clean & the bed very comfy so slept well!

Old building - rooms & corridors a bit shabby. Walls, carpets, bathroom tiles all seen better days. Door to room kept sticking - hard to open.
