The location was perfect as we we're attending the Beatson. However the staff we're incredible. So helpful and way beyond expectations. I cannot praise them enough. The young people who work here are so professional, friendly and exceptionally empathic. They are a credit to themselves. I wanted to say thank you for looking after us at such a difficult time. It means so much.

If I could score on behalf of the staff alone, then I'd give top marks. They were attentive, helpful and professional.
Asking the price that this place does for a room feels borderline criminal - and then they throw in an extra £7 a night to use an empty car park. The whole hotel is extremely dated and in dire need of repair - as confirmed by staff themselves. Most of the doors don't even work, and they need a member of staff to frequently come up with you to reprogram the door with a computer. The decor is very old, the floors squeak, and sound-proofing between rooms is poor. What place really needs is a new owner who actually cares about the building, staff, and people paying to stay in it. Currently, they have rooms going for £116 a night, and to pay that for what is essentially a tired old hostel is insanity. Ditch the parking charges and silly cost for rooms, invest a little, and you'll have much more custom.

A convenient Hotel for the West End of Glasgow with parking.
The ambience, location and peaceful atmosphere.
I did not like to hear voices of people, tv and water running in toilets or flushing of the toilets from the next door rooms.
Only related to my tennis competition who provide shuttle bus during our Master Tennis Tournament.
It is running down really. Need serious 🧐 TLC specially when the room rate is for 4* hotel.
Staff superb Helpful exceptionally friendly.
Staff were very friendly and helpful. The place was easy to find and in a good location for what I needed. Shower had a good level of pressure. Parking was simple and easy to sort out at the end of my stay.
The stairwell was very dirty and a horrible smell was evident. The 'King size' bed that should have been in my room was just two normal mattresses' put together. There was a lot of dust behind the TV and fixtures, and the drawers were no longer sitting on their brackets so opening and closing did not work without effort. Breakfast wasn't great for the amount it cost. The pastries were very dense and the cooked breakfast wasn't very healthy in terms of options.
My mum and I used this hotel as she had an appointment at the hospital the following day. So convenient and did just the job. The gentleman on reception this morning 28/01 was absolutely brilliant and so accommodating. Thank you again
