Not so good …rude staff at the front desk.
Pros:

Cleanliness and shuttle to the airport

Cons:

The price for the room was too expensive and not worth it. Large expensive room with use of mini bar for free ( the least they could offer for the price) however, the only thing in the refrigerator were two warm beers and two waters and two orange juice. When I asked to swap out the beer for one small bottle of wine they would not do it. When I asked to swap them out for just a Coke Zero, they said NO! NOT everyone drinks beers, sugar drinks like orange juice. Why not allow them to be swapped out? They had them downstairs. Also the staff at front are rude and not friendly at all. They always seemed annoyed with anyone asking a question!

Desgrananiento de clientes

Me gustó el trato con los empleados argentinos y uruguayos

Cons:

El personal muy rígido, muy poco empático. Responden eso y nada más, actúan de manera miserable en lo afectivo. Se desgastarian menos y disfrutarían más del trabajo, con involucrarse un poquitito más con el.pasajero, que está abierto, porque va a disfrutar de sus días en el hotel. Seguramente habrá pasajeros desagradables, pero esos se alejan solos. Es muy marcada la diferencia entre los empleados sudamericanos de los europeos.
La otra cuestión es el desayuno para llevar o pic Nic, debiera mejorarse el criterio de elección de sus componentes e incluir servilletas.
Si fuese posible, informar al pasajero, de los servicios incluidos.

Pros:

Ubicació excel.lent si et cal estar vora de l'aeroport. En el nostre cas, teníem un vol molt aviat al matí, així que varem passar la nit a aquest hotel per no tenir que matinar tant.
Hotel ampli, net, ben cuidat i amb personal amable.
El servei de shuttle va ser molt puntual.
El restaurant oferia moltes opcions. Varem sopar molt bé.
