The bed linen and towels were good, and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful — easily the highlight of the stay.

Cons:

Beyond that, the hotel is a masterclass in how not to do interior design. The decor is astonishingly bad: a chaotic collision of colours, patterns, and styles that feels less like a considered aesthetic and more like a series of unfortunate decisions. Each room is “unique,” but unfortunately they all share the same problem — they’re equally unappealing.

It’s genuinely difficult to reconcile this with a 4-star rating. At present, the hotel feels less like a premium stay and more like an accidental time capsule of questionable design trends. A full refurbishment isn’t just needed — it’s overdue by about a decade.

Persoonallinen hotelli hyvien yhteyksien päässä.
Pros:

Erinomainen sijainti lähellä vanhaa kaupunkia ja rautatieasemaa. Hotellilta on lyhyt kävelymatka asemalle, josta lähtee nopea Monorail-yhteys lentokentälle. Ystävällinen henkilökunta ja siistit huoneet.

Wonderful stay
Pros:

Such a lovely place. Wonderfully decorated, warm atmosphere, good breakfast, lovely staff and excellent service. Quiet location, close to the station and walking distance to the city centre. Highly recommended.

A few steps from Bologna train station, bus stop for city centre nearby. Very nicely decorated. Efficient and polite staff.

Cosmoprof Bolonia
Pros:

L'hotel està a una distància còmoda per anar caminant fins al centre i a la fira de Bolònia. Molt recomanable amb els problemes de transport durant els dies de la fira.
El personal és molt agradable, des de recepció fins a la gent del menjador.

Cons:

El preu és car com tots els hotel de la ciutat durant aquestes dates. El preu de l'esmorzar el trobo car pel que ofereixen.

Very noisy rooms! Nice simple hotel.
Pros:

They have upgraded me to a small suite, which was very nice of them.

Cons:

Rooms are exceptionally noisy - there is NO sound proofing between the rooms. I could hear neighbours alarm clock, bathroom noises and cleaning staff from early morning.
