Rent, hyggelig personale og fine rom i et rolig område, men fasilitetene var skuffende.
Pros:

Veldig hyggelig og hjelpsomt personale. Litt slitt, men rent.
Umiddelbar nærhet til kollektiv transport.

Cons:

Bassenget var ikke oppvarmet og vannet var iskaldt - ikke mulig å bade. Restaurant og hotellbaren stengte veldig tidlig.
Langt fra sentrum og tidkrevende å komme seg til og fra med u-bane/buss/tog (dette er jo ikke hotellets feil, men kanskje de kunne tilbudt rimelig transport/shuttle f.eks)

Tatsächlich gab es überhaupt nichts, was mir in diesem Hotel gefallen hat
Die Mitarbeiterin am Checkin war ganz nett, aber das Hotel an sich hat einfach nichts, was einem da gefallen kann

Das Hotel ist eine in die Jahre gekommen. Hotel Bunker, alles abgereist, der Teppich wellig, alles insgesamt muffig, die Klimaanlage dröhnt, die Betten sind viel zu niedrig, die Matratzen dünn und durch gelegen, das Badezimmer ist klein, muffig, Rostspuren im Waschbecken, Licht überm Spiegel kaputt, kleine Dusche mit altem Vorhang, insgesamt einfach überhaupt nichts, wo man gerne hingeht

Kort maar krachtig!
Pros:

De ligging vonden we geweldig! We stapten uit de metro en waren zo in het hotel dat om de hoek ligt.
Het bed lag ook heerlijk en de hygiëne heel goed.

De oploskoffie op de kamer vond ik niet bijzonder, mijn man wel. De douche deed het heel goed. We logeren heel graag nog keer in dit hotel.

Abgewohntes Hotel mit gleichgültigem Personal

Nähe zur U-Bahn.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war direkt neben dem Aufzug und daher sehr laut. Ein ständiges brummen und knarzen.
Die Zimmerkarte funktionierte zwar, die Tür ließ sich aber nicht öffnen. Das Personal hat es 18 Stunden nicht hinbekommen, den Fehler zu korrigieren. So musste jedesmal ein lustloser Mitarbeiter mit in den 5. Stock, um das Zimmer zu öffnen. Das ist sehr nervig, wenn man spät nachts in sein Bett möchte.
Ein Ersatzzimmer wurde nicht angeboten.

Das Frühstück ist in Ordnung, aber keine 21€ wert.

Ansonsten ist das Hotel ziemlich abgewohnt, wenn man genauer hinsieht.

I stayed in Mercure Hotel in Munich, Frankfurt and can’t compare with Berlin Mercure. So sad.
Pros:

Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Booked disable room with two single bed, but there were no disable facilities , and single beds

Pros:

Das Hotel ist direkt neben einer UBahn U7 Station. Die Lobby sieht gut aus. Das Bett war sauber.

Cons:

Wir hatten 2 Zimmer und beide waren total heruntergekommen. Der Teppich schlägt große Wellen, an der Wand sieht man viele Flecken - teilweise sind Handabdrücke als Flecken an der Wand zu sehen. Im Bad wurden Flecken teilweise einfach mit einer Rolle übergestrichen, wobei sich die Farbe zur Original Wandfarbe abhebt. Das Bad ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen und vergilbt. Die Vorhänge hatten Löcher. Das Sofa war dreckig
Außerdem kam morgens um 9 Uhr einfach die Reinigungskraft ohne Klopfen ins Zimmer und ist ohne Entschuldigung auch wieder gegangen.

Trochę lepiej niż w hotelu pracowniczym. Obsługa dba o czystość, ale właściciel powinien doinwestować hotel.
Pros:

Częsta Wymiana pościeli, ręczników.

Cons:

Trochę przestarzała łazienka z zaciekami w umywalce i odrapaną ścianą, plamy na wykładzinie.

Hotel powinien mieć 2 gwiazdki, byłoby ok. 4 to nadużycie.
Pros:

Chyba tylko lokalizacja - było tak, jak na mapie.
Może jeszcze tylko parkingi, bo obok jest sporo darmowych miejsc.

Cons:

Było brudno, trzeba było czekać na zameldowanie, śniadanie takie sobie. Łazienka stara, bateria luźna, zasłonka pożółkła i nie chce się przesuwać. Wyłącznik światła nie podłączony. Po prostu jakiś kosmos.
