Tired and dirty hotel with some very unfriendly staff on reception
Pros:

Not much.

Cons:

This place is very tired and no longer as clean as I would expect for any price. And in particular one of the reception staff members was extremely unfriendly. She clearly felt very entitled to her job, and we got the feeling that paying guests were a mere inconveience for her. I would not stay here again, nor can I recommend it until they renovate it and address some staffing issues

Insgesamt ein solides Hotel.
Pros:

Das Hotel war sehr gut zu erreichen. Parkplätze direkt vor der Tür. U-Bahn auch in nur 1 min. Erreichbar. Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig ausgestattet und sauber. Die Dusche ist leider eine Dusch-Badewanne mit sehr hohen Einstieg. Schwierig für ältere Gäste. Das Personal war durchgängig nett und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Draußen am Pool konnte man schön sitzen. Leider liefen dort beim sehr nahegelegenen Haus Ratten. Sehr unangenehm.

Dem Ubernachtungspreis unangemessenes Hotel.
Pros:

Das Frühstücksbuffet hat mir gut gefallen. Auch der Eingangsbereich war sehr schön und wirklich schön dekoriert.

Cons:

Die Zimmer benötigen dringend eine Renovierung. Aus dem Siffon lief das Wasser, sodass wir den Badevorgang unseres Sohnes unterbrechen mussten. Die Teppiche waren nicht wirklich gut gereinigt und sehr alt. Was mir ebenso nicht gefallen hat ist, dass wir trotz Anfrage, kein Beistellbett für unseren nicht mal einjährigen Sohn bekommen haben, sodass wir mit ihm zusammen in den viel zu kleinem Bett schlafen mussten. Dadurch hatte keiner von uns einen guten Schlaf und wir ständig aufpassen mussten, dass er nicht runterrollt. Die Klimaanlage taugte ebenso nichts, was die Schlafqualität zusätzlich minderte. Alles in allem passt der Preis pro Nacht nicht zu dem, was man dafür kriegt.
