Be VERY careful what room you get!!!!
I was in the old building - NOTHING like the photos- 1*
No heating/cooling- had to sleep with window open
No fridge, no kettle, no iron, no room clean, no tea/coffee
Room was stinking HOT!
Staff were nice
No where to eat near hotel
No where to get a coffee near hotel- hotel has a machine
Breakfast is pretty good

This hotel seems to be in the process of being renovated. The walkway to the door was under some sort of renovation and wooden planks were used to walk on. The reception personnel were having some sort of confrontation with a bicyclist and it was very frank and open. Might have been more comfortable for the other guests if they'd taken it elsewhere and it not kept the other clerks in agog interest while I waited. The carpet in the elevator was the filthiest thing I've seen. The room was quite nice, but the a/c didn't work and it'd been very hot that day. There was a fan, badly assembled. The shower was lovely.

A rénover. Toilettes avec fissures et traces de tartre. Rideaux déchirés et moquette tachée.
Ultra bruyant a cause de clnpn respectueux. Portes qui claquent etc..

Lobby schön und modern.
Ab dem Fahrstuhl ist es doch älter und teilweise abgewohnt. Stellenweise Flecken im Teppich.
Das Bad war sauber, aber auch da fallen einem ein paar Sachen auf die nicht so toll sind.

Excellent modern rooms and was perfect sized room for family of 3 enjoying Euro Football Championship 2024. Staff were friendly and helpful and housekeeping standard excellent. Hotel in industrial area so quiet at night with large supermarket across the road with pharmacy and food outlets. Just 15 minutes walk to Hulb Station on SBhand and in middle of Stuttgart within 20 mins. Never used food in hotel itself so cant comment on that.

Poor value for money. No air con, open window to the noise of a building site or loading bays next door. Bar service was awful at times. Unable to provide receipts for some transactions or able to add to room bill.

Firstly, finding this hotel to review was not easy! And the strangeness continues….

Seems to have been two hotels which is now one but only using some of the facilities, despite apparently being fully booked it felt like a ghost hotel at times.

Pros:
Room is clean, has a v small kitchen area, decent shower and bathroom, huge (amazing) supermarket across the road, never particularly noisy when we stayed, value wise ok - paid £100 per night for two adults and 1 child not incl breakfast.

Cons:
Opposite a derelict building in what seems to be an industrial estate, two closest train stations are 15/20 mins walk away, hotel bar not open on Saturdays and Sundays, reception not always staffed (one day had a sign up away for lunch at 4pm), TV and WiFi unreliable, not enough storage space in bathroom, pillows not great.

We are here for the Euros football tournament so decent priced options were limited and we have been out and about a lot. Sadly not sure I’d recommend or use again given the strange setup. Might be worth considering other options depending on your plans and budget.

Preislich gutes Hotel. Leider sind die Türen arg laut, sodass ich mehrmals Nachts hochschreckte, als eine Tür laut zufiel. Das Frühstücksbuffet war personell eng besetzt, sodass keine sauberen Tische frei waren und viele Sachen nicht aufgefüllt. Für 22 EUR finde ich den Preis für das Frühstücksbuffet zu hoch. Ansonsten war der Aufenthalt angenehm.

Auwful Hotel.. Very far away from the city. Air Conditioning & TV set did NOT work! Dirty room

De 2 receptionisten waren zeer chagerijnig. Er kon geen gedag af bij aankomst en niet bij vertrek. Het parkeerterrein waar je 10 euro voor moest betalen zag er niet uit. De slagbomen waren sterk verouderd en deden het niet. Het onkruid zat overal en de weggegedeeltes waren slecht. De kamer was zeer gedateerd. Voor ons nooit weer, wat een afknapper!
