Mooi hotel, voldoende parkeergelegenheid!

Etwas abgerockt, aber sehr freundliches Personal, geht für eine Übernachtung in Ordnung.

Alles soweit in Ordnung nur der Strassenlärm war nicht so gut in den Morgenstunden sehr laut

Rommene var møkkete og det var kakerlakker der.
Bassenget var halvfullt og møkkete.
Måtte betale ekstra for parkering selv om det sto at det var inkludert.

Nicht mehr ganz neu, aber top gepflegt.

positiv: ruhige Lage im Grünen, stadtnah, sauberes Hotel mit freundlichem und hilfsbereitem Personal, faires Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, eigenes Parkdeck für 8,-€ / Tag

negativ: trotz Navi Haupteingang nur sehr schwer zu finden, Fußwege zum Haupteingang, insbesondere mit Gepäck, zu lang und (weil bergauf) beschwerlich, viele Parkflächen ungenutzt und nur für die Feuerwehr

für einen Kurztrip nach Bonn aber auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert

Sehr gutes Hotel, guter Service

Heizung liess sicht nicht regulieren. Wir bekamen von der Rezeption den Ratschlag, das Fenster aufzumachen, wenn es uns zu warm ist. Dies ist angesichts der Klimasituation ein no-go.

Drei Sterne, mehr nicht. Die Einrichtung des Zimmers eher mäßig. Frühstück so lala. Für eine Nacht gerade noch okay.

Probably a toxic working environment for the employees as the bartender Aidin ruined our stay in the hotel with his rudeness. He is literally bullying hotel guests.
We had 2 beers at the lobby bar and forgot to pay 11.EUR bill and headed out for the dinner but he stopped us at the doorstep to for the payment and I really don’t remember how many times I apologised but he was like “you should learn not to leave your table before paying.. you shouldn’t be served until you pay i.. etc etc” and I thought he was joking.

We returned back to the hotel after dinner and sat in the lobby to talk with my clients and asked more drinks and he came to the table and he was still talking.. clearly said “you shouldn’t leave your table and you will learn to stay until you pay your bill” in front of my clients and everyone else in the bar.. ı said “please add our drinks to the bill and I will pay at once” but he rejected and said “no you will pay now, not later” and everytime he served us he forced me to pay upfront unlikely the other guests. Never seen such a rude person in my life and he made my clients left the hotel! Unbelievable

車でないとアクセスしにくいところにあるのに、駐車場料金10EUR/泊かかった。部屋、サービス、施設は問題なし。

The hotel is nice and clean but that’s where the good parts end. I traveled in a group of friends all having our own room. They all had fridges with complimentary drinks and coffee machines. Me and two others had neither. We all paid the same so it’s not a price issue. I was told there was nothing that could be done. Then the staff, not helpful at all. I was quite shocked. I waited 20 minutes to buy a bottle of coke from the “ market place “ ( a vending machine that only reception can open ) they ignored me whilst typing and not actually dealing with a customer. Charged me 3.20 then literally asked a member of staff to open the bar as a new guest fancied a drink. Surly instead of making me wait 20 mins for my drink you could have just done the same and I would have ordered from the bar. We didn’t actually get a single evening meal as the restaurant is closed by 9pm and you must be there from 7:30 ( our plans made this impossible) but when we asked if we could book for tomorrow they said no we have to do it on the day which made no sense. I am not happy at all and will most likely book elsewhere in the future. For context we are all in our 40s and came here catch up with old friends from school. We are not in our twenties and out boozing.
Breakfast was good.
For what we paid ( quite a lot ) I have had better stays in Premier inn. I don’t recommend this hotel at all.

The young front staff was unfriendly. The hotel system and Hotels.com don't seem to be compatible. There is a problem with the noise from the hallway being heard in the room.
