Front desk had great customer service.

Cons:

Hotel room is nothing like advertised on websites. Old & in need of updates. Toilet in bathroom ridiculously low to floor. Very very loud road noise. A bunch of families checked in with a ton of kids. Lots of doors slamming, loud running up & down stairs, yelling. So many other hotels to stay at in Medford. I picked the wrong one.

Very nice room, clean, spacious suite. Super friendly staff.

Cons:

Shower head was awful - wonky spray. Coffee in room and the breakfast diner was horrible.

The staff were very friendly and the property and room were very clean.

Cons:

The breakfast was fair. The eggs were ok but I didn't like the sausage. I prefer browned sausage links or patties (not steamed).

Cons:

I have a pet and was put at the bottom of stairs where lots of people go up and down. My dog unfortunately barked when anyone was outside our room. I am aware it was not fun for the folks close by although I would stop her barking as quickly as I could. Next time--and I do plan to stop here as I did once before--I will request the room closest to the area where the dogs pee. That would work best for me. In addition, there was a car with a trailer that blocked access to my room and so parking was an issue although it should not have been.
