Shower head was awful - wonky spray. Coffee in room and the breakfast diner was horrible.

The staff were very friendly and the property and room were very clean.

Cons:

The breakfast was fair. The eggs were ok but I didn't like the sausage. I prefer browned sausage links or patties (not steamed).

Cons:

I have a pet and was put at the bottom of stairs where lots of people go up and down. My dog unfortunately barked when anyone was outside our room. I am aware it was not fun for the folks close by although I would stop her barking as quickly as I could. Next time--and I do plan to stop here as I did once before--I will request the room closest to the area where the dogs pee. That would work best for me. In addition, there was a car with a trailer that blocked access to my room and so parking was an issue although it should not have been.

Great value
Pros:

It was a great value , and comfortable bed. Shower was hot and nice towels. Staff moved us to a different room when we noticed the heater was broken

The number one question should always be, would we stay there again? And the answer is definetly.
Pros:

Parking right next to your bottom floor room makes for great unloading and loading

Cons:

Pet owners leaving their barking dogs behind. Pets should not be left alone. People were smoking next to their non smoking room, yet honestly, we only smelled it going into our room yet, not inside.
