Noisy people with kid's beside me! there where dropping stuff on floor, walking heavy until 01::00 in morning, I came up to Edmonton from Calgary to look at house i got way to not listen to noise, because i live in apartment and there's kids, that live above me and they make noise let alone there 12 and 14 u would think at that age they would have manners!

The place is tired, dirty and starting to fall apart. Duvet cover had deep stains, wallpaper was peeling off the wall, carpet had stains, elevator was disgusting, remote did not work, room was 83* when I walked in. So many details missed. I remember when Ramada was a name you could count on for consistency.

If you need a hotel closed to the airport. This is the one you want to stay at. Very convenient, shuttle was amazing, they picked us up after midnight, rooms were clean

The staff was very good. One note: A new immigrant family chose to repeatedly park in handicap parking and refused to move when asked by staff. They even cleaned out their vehicle in Handicap parking. I suggest contacting authorities next time to have them moved. Our handicap deserve our best efforts.
