Für einen Kurzurlaub okay.
Pros:

Besonders freundlich war das Personal. Das Frühstück lässt an nichts fehlen. Der Frühstücksraum ist sehr schön eingerichtet.

Cons:

Das Familienzimmer war etwas klein.
Ebenso das Bad.

The hotel is easy to locate

Cons:

The facilities for swimming are bizarre, the changing rooms are corridors between rooms??? Rooms are aged and in need of care, lights don’t work, shampoo and body wash were empty all the stay. The restaurant had one night only serving schnitzel, if you didn’t want that there was zero other options.

Great stay just outside the center of Koln.
Pros:

The staff were really friendly and very helpful. They made sure our stay was pleasant and relaxing. The facilities were amazing and the restaurant was really good too. The room was always clean and the pictures are really accurate.

Excellent hotel just outside of Koln with access to metro 5 mins away
Pros:

The hotel was easy to locate (English family travelling to Germany by car for the first time!). It was located around 5 mins in the car from the Park and Ride to get into Koln centre which was ideal for us. The swimming pool and sauna were free to enter and open 7am to 10pm which was great for us to have a swim in the evening and a dip in the morning before check out!! The reception staff were friendly, welcoming and very helpful!

Cons:

The only thing I didn’t like was the £15 parking charge for the night! Luckily there is some roadside parking just outside which was free (obviously not as secure as the hotel parking area).

Bequeme Betten, nettes Personal und leckeres Frühstück,leider ohne adäquaten Wellnessbereich.

Der Frühstücksraum und das Frühstücksbuffet

Cons:

Der Wellnessbereich. Es gab keine Handtücher und Bademäntel für die Gäste dort. Allgemein ist der Bereich sehr lieblos gestaltet.
Es kommt keine Wellnessatmosphäre zustande.( 7 Kinder im Schwimmbad um 20.30, Klima viel zu warm usw.)
Schade war es auch,dass es kein Kühlschrank im Zimmer gab und dass man um kostenlos Wasser zu erhalten eine Flasche für 5Euro kaufen musste.
