So ok aber nicht wie ich es für ein Hotel dieser Kette gewohnt bin.
Pros:

Die Sauberkeit hat mir gefallen. Der (kostenpflichtige) Parkplatz ist direkt am Hotel verfügbar. (Nacht: 15 Euro.) Minibar nur noch via Automat im EG. Ist aber leider auch schon die Standart Methode und hat somit mit den Hotel nichts zu tun. Die Aussicht war klasse. Zimmerfenster konnten komplett geöffnet werden.
Was mir echt gefallen hat war die Beleuchtung im Zimmer, hell und freundlich. Auch das W-LAN war super.

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage wird gerade erneuert. (Kann ich bestätigen.) Angeblich ist ein Ventilator auf dem Zimmer, war aber nicht. Eine Entschädigung oder Aufmerksamkeit wurde nicht angeboten. Ergänzend war ein Spender bereits von der Wand gefallen und nur noch so ins Bad gestellt worden. Ferner musste ich auch leider läge warten um an der Rezeption bedient zu werden. Ferner wurde mir für das Parkticket auch kein Beleg angeboten. (Hätte aber auch nachfragen können- somit mein Fehler?). Beim Checkout auch niemand an der Rezeption somit nur "FastCheckout" möglich.

Zimmer war sauber und Personal sehr zuvorkommend .Ausfall Klimaanlage sofort um 2 Ventilatoren gekümmert..Danke

Pros:

Wir hatten einen unkomplizierten Check-In mit freundlichem und hilfsbereiten Personal. Das Zimmer war sauber, ruhig und hatte alles was wir benötigten. Für unsere Belange war die Lage super mit kostenlosen Parkplatz an der Zufahrt.
Das Frühstück war vielfältig frisch und sehr lecker.

Hotel liegt sehr zentral. Für eine Nacht völlig ausreichend

Cons:

Leider hat das Badezimmer keine Tür, der Safe funktionierte nicht, es war kein Kühlschrank (mehr) im Zimmer und die Klimaanlage ging leider auch nicht. Bett ist ziemlich schmal für 2 Leute.

Le personnel très gentil et serviable

Cons:

Il manquait la porte de la salle de bain/toilette. Il manquait la grille de l'airco donc de l'air passait. Le dérouleur de papier de toilette était quasi sur la toilette donc pas pratique du tout. Plafond de la douche avec humidité et trop basse pour les grands. Hôtel assez vieux.

This is my third stay at this hotel. I have always picked it because of the location and good value for money. Breakfast is varied and tasty, check in/out is always quick, the rooms are spacious enough and the bed is very comfortable.

Cons:

The room they allocated us have two single beds instead of the double bed we asked for and expected. We only stayed one night so we just put them together. It'd have been nice to have been asked if we minded. Also, since our last stay they got rid of the kettle and the mini fridge (or at least our room didn't have either), which was a pity, especially the kettle for a quick coffee or tea.

Ruhig gelegen direkt in Straßenbahnnähe.

Cons:

Frühstück ist viel zu teuer.
Wir haben dann beim Bäcker um die Ecke für die Hälfte des Preises gefrühstückt.
