Ameisen im Zimmer und eine Email habe ich auch schon geschrieben und keiner meldet sich !

Auf keinen Fall mehr in dieses Hotel
Cons:

Doppelzimmer gebucht , beim einchecken zweimal Einzelzimmer angetroffen, Aufzug hoch mit Gepäck, falsches Zimmer wieder runter mit allem. Das ganze zweimal und zusätzlich genervtes Personal , insbesondere eine blonde Dame an der Rezeption die in den PC starrt und nichts geregelt bekommt.
Am nächsten Morgen 8:15 zum frühstücken, schon gut besucht, der hintere Raum eiskalt. Max. 18° , einige saßen da mit Jacken / Mantel.

Das Hotel liegt sehr gut und hat genügend Parkplätze

Cons:

Der Barkeeper war den ganzen Tag allein.
Ein sehr fleißiger und fähiger Mann. Wäre das nicht gewesen hätte es wohl nichts zum essen und trinken gegeben. Bei diesem Andrang ein Nogo für mich

Pros:

Wir waren rundum zufrieden- es war sehr sauber, ordentliche Zimmer und sehr nettes Personal. Von der Rezeption, dem netten jungen Mann an der Bar, dem Servicepersonal- durchweg freundlich und zuvorkommend, was wir auch honoriert haben. Gutes Personal ist mehr als die halbe Miete! Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und es wurde aufmerksam geschaut und reagiert , wenn was aufgefüllt werden musste oder Gäste Fragen hatten etc. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Super Lage zur SAP Arena !

Wir haben schon wieder gebucht, gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis
Pros:

gute Lage zur Stadtmitte und zur SAP-Arena, beides über Straßenbahn gut angebunden. Das Technik-Museum "Technoseum" ist direkt daneben und sehenswert. Ebenso das Planetarium und der Luisenpark. Kostenlose Parkplätze gibt's beim Technoseum ca. 200m entfernt
