Pros:

Barkeeper sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig. Gute Parkmöglichkeit vorm Hotel.

Cons:

Leider waren einige andere Gäste sehr laut, haben gebrüllt und die Türen sehr laut geknallt. Die Klimaanlage war ausgefallen. Das war unangenehm denn das Hotel liegt Zentral gegenüber dem Luisen Park und war bei geöffnetem Fenster sehr laut wegen des Verkehrs vorm Hotel. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern war das Zimmer leise., wurde aber nicht mit Frischluft versorgt.

Die Lage, da eine optimale Anbindung in alle Richtungen vorhanden waren

Cons:

1. Sauberkeit der Zimmer
2. Zimmer-Service war schluderhaft
3.Klimaanlagen im gesamten Hotel, wegen Austausch, nicht funktionsfähig. Bei Ankunft waren Temperaturen um gute 30 Grad, sodass man es im Zimmer nicht aushalten konnte ( Tag & Nacht).
4. Keine Teilgutschrift/Rückerstattung wegen zugesicherter Eigenschaften der Zimmer erhalten.

Pros:

My wife and I stayed at this underwhelming hotel for two nights in July. The mattresses were a disaster, and the air conditioning had apparently been out of order for weeks. This is something that should really be mentioned on the hotel’s website. Instead, the only update highlights a new restaurant.

To make matters worse, the main access road is currently closed due to construction. If you follow your navigation system, the hotel is practically impossible to reach unless you ignore it and official road signs.
Staff lberall Not interested.

Netter stay away.

L'ho scelto per la posizione, adatta alle mie esigenze (anche se non mi aspettavo che nella zona non ci fosse praticamente nessun negozio e nessun ristorante)

Cons:

L'impianto di aria condizionata dell'intero hotel era fuori servizio per importanti lavori di manutenzione. Un guasto improvviso può capitare, ma è inaccettabile che questa mancanza in piena estate (ben oltre 30°) non fosse segnalata al momento della prenotazione fatta pochissimi giorni prima: erano lavori evidentemente programmati da tempo ed estesi certamente su parecchi giorni. Ho scoperto questo "problema" solo all'arrivo in hotel e non mi è stata offerta nessuna soluzione di ripiego quale un ventilatore. Di notte ho provato a rinfrescare la stanza aprendo la finestra, ma sono stato assalito dalle zanzare. Il giorno seguente, ho chiesto almeno un insetticida, senza risultato. Mi hanno solo dato un rimborso del 25% (e solo dopo le mie forti lamentele), per me insufficiente per aver passato due notti in condizioni da hotel a una stella, se non peggio.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt mit freundlichem Personal und guter Lage.
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels war sehr gut und die Verkehrsanbindung war ausgezeichnet. Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders die türkische Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption hat sich ausserordentlich engagiert und uns bei allen Fragen freundlich und kompetent unterstützt. Vielen Dank dafür!

Cons:

Während unseres Aufenthalts war die Klimaanlage aufgrund von Renovierungs- bzw. Erneuerungsarbeiten ausser Betrieb. Das war natürlich etwas enttäuschend. Das Hotel hat jedoch sehr professionell reagiert und uns als Ausgleich einen kostenlosen Parkplatz sowie kostenlose Getränke an der Bar angeboten. Diese Geste haben wir sehr geschätzt. Glücklicherweise war das Wetter während unseres Aufenthalts eher kühl und regnerisch, sodass das Fehlen der Klimaanlage für uns letztlich kein grosses Problem darstellte.
