Food was terrible
Pros:

All the staff are fantastic, very polite and helpful and the hotel is clean. The cleaners are doing a great job.

Cons:

The food is very bad. It's cold not tasty at all, we had breakfast and dinner included and we decided to eat out instead. I was looking forward to the Spanish night and it was awful. We travel a lot and we never had a bad experience with food.

nice location, poor food, definitely not 4 stars hotel
Pros:

location of the hotel was very nice, reception was very kind and helpful, staff was very friendly, evening animations were quite nice addition

Cons:

food was very low quality, breakfast - terrible, the lowest quality ham and cheese, unfrozen bread. Dinner was a bit better, you could always choose something eatable. Hotel itself would require some renovation, there were ants in bathroom everyday

Pros:

The hotel was in a perfect location. Close to shops,restaurants and bars. We had a pool view room and it was a good size and very comfortable. One of the pools was heated. Breakfast was excellent, a huge selection to choose from. The staff were very friendly.

Cons:

The bathroom door was glass and didn’t close. Everyone likes a bit of privacy in the bathroom.

très jolie chambre avec vue piscine , accès au spa sans limite , repas très bon et variés, belle présentation des plats au buffet, amabilité du personnel , propreté des lieux ....rien a dire
petite attention dans la chambre pour un anniversaire

Cons:

en arrivant a l'aéroport déjà a 9h le matin il est vraiment dommage de devoir attendre le check in jusqu'à 14h surtout que j'avais envoyé un mail pour les prévenir, en haute saison je veut bien comprendre que les chambres ne soient pas prêtes le matin , mais la vraiment pas bc de monde

LAS EXPECTATIVAS NO SE CUMPLIERON

La amabilidad del personal y la habitación era grande pero me esperaba una habitación más grande por ser del club y estaba limpia y te ponen té o café para si te lo quieres hacer y un par de botellitas de agua, el show de por la noche estuvo muy bien.

Cons:

Se nota que el hotel necesita una reforma, el spa está desgastado, el agua no estaba lo suficientemente caliente para un spa, estaba tibia, habían cabinas que eran de agua caliente y salía solo agua fría, solo había 2 tumbonas, las comidas eran de baja calidad, por ejemplo en el almuerzo pusieron hamburguesa, pizza y pasta, había que correr para tener hamaca y sombrilla, los extranjeros desde primera hora de la mañana cogiendo hamacas y sombrillas, la animación era orientada a los niños nada para adultos.
