Pros:

EL hotel cuenta con unas zonas comunes bien cuidadas. El jardín es precioso y el hall e instalaciones comunes estan decoradas con muy buen gusto y muy limpias. Tanto la cafetería interior como el kiosko estan muy bien cuidados y con un servicio estupendo. En relación a la zona del comedor, más de lo mismo, poniendo como único "pero" que había un exceso de humo por una deficiente ventilación de las planchas, eso, en agosto, es algo incómodo. La comida es buenísima con una gran variedad y sobre todo, muchas opciones saludables. Las habitaciones, impecables, con las suficientes prestaciones, y camas y almohadas muy cómodas y confortables.

Cons:

La zona de la piscina... a pesar de que establece como norma que no se "reservan hamacas" lo cierto es que, desde bien temprano, ya estaban todas ocupadas por toallas, y los parasoles más de lo mismo. Al bajar con mi hijo a las 9.30-10h de la mañana, teníamos que coger (de una montaña) nuestras propias hamacas y ponernos bien alejados (a pesar de que durante el día, la gran parte de esas otras hamacas ocupadas por toallas, no recibieron ser humano alguno) Por otra parte (y ésto culpa también de lo desconsiderado de los usuarios) cantidad de recipientes vacíos, platos con snacks y demás basuras, desperdigados por mesas, suelo, etc... sin que apreciara que hubiese un servicio paulatino de limpieza.

terrible, I don't recommend it
Pros:

The kitchen staff were great, they cleaned up quickly

Cons:

We stayed from August 23rd to the 29th. After checking in, we went into our room and it smelled strongly of cigarettes. I went to reception and they suggested calling cleaning services. The situation didn't improve; the girl just brought air freshener. Afterwards, we went to the beach. When we returned, it still smelled bad. I went back to reception and they suggested I come back in the morning and change rooms, but I had plans, so we had to air out the room constantly. Also, on the day of check-in, there was trash under the bed. The next day, I saw a cockroach in our room, ants, and the cleaning was poor. We also saw insects and cockroaches in the dining room on check-out day. We reported all this to reception, but they told us it was the tropics.

Atendimento e serviço excelentes, mas zonas de lazer e restaurante (higiene) decepcionante.
Pros:

A simpatia de todos os funcionários, sem exceção.

Cons:

Piscinas sempre lotadas, ou seja, pequenas demais para acomodar o numero de quartos.
Quartos precisam de ser reformados, painel de AC com regulação limitada (analógico) com 3 niveis somente e sem informação fe temperatura).
Pequenas baratas nas ilhas da comida (restaurante).

Excellent hotel for families wanting 4 star at a reasonable price.

Cons:

Rooms were a bit dated and daily cleaning was good but missed a lot. Sun loungers were difficult to come by in the afternoon. Breakfast fine but not great

Calidad precio inmejorable
Pros:

Situación, tranquilidad. Cerca de la playa de las vistas, la cual para mí es la mejor por el tema de que es de arena y no te encuentras piedras. Es un hotel tranquilo, está cerca del ambiente joven pero no escuchas ruidos excepto cuando vienen de fiesta que escuchas alguna voz si tienes abierta la ventana de la terraza. La comida es bufet y está todo muy bueno y bastante variado, lo cual es un problema porque no sabes que elegir y al final comes un poquito de cada 😂😂

Cons:

Para mí la estancia fue de 10
