No recomiendo, pésimo, mala atención.

La verdad que nada, es una mala experiencia. Preguntamos si podíamos hacer el check in a las 1 de la mañana y nos contestaron que si, cuando llegamos nos dijeron que no, cuando le pido que den una solución, la solución fue que dormimos en la calle porque el sistema no permitía el ingreso, le pido una habitación me dijeron que si tenía y que salía más caro, le pedí, y después otra vez el sistema no le permitía hacer el ingreso, la cuestión que después de más de 20 horas de viaje y que te digan que tenes que dormir afuera, no fue nada gratificante.

Cons:

La habitación cuando entramos al otro día, el baño perdía agua y para personas mayores es un peligro constante de resbalar y caer, la habitación es la 116. Es una mala experiencia, y no era el más económico.

Toller Service, gute ruhige Lage in Palma, super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis
Pros:

Am Stadtrand von Palma, unweit des Hafens gelegen, hat uns dieses Hotel wirklich positiv überrascht. Obwohl relativ günstig, übertraf es unsere Erwartungen. Sehr gute Betten, tolle Ausstattung mit allem, was man braucht, gute HAndtücher und Bademäntel, kleines Pool, nette Gartenterrass, ganz besonders hervorzuheben der nette Service am Empfang! Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Gartenblick, ins Grüne und ruhig und das mitten in Palma. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Pros:

Hi the hotel was good value for a budget hotel. A successful revamp of an older hotel. Breakfast good and varied. Pool area lovely. Quiet and clean.
We struggled with the location. A good way out of Palma and nowhere, other than a shopping centre, to walk to in the evening. The buses were good but we often didn’t fancy another bus trip/taxi ride in the evening. Nothing close to the hotel, other than a tiny corner shop.
