It was a bit far from the center and very uphill

24/7 pool;
Staff was really friendly, accomodated us at 07:00 even though check-in starts at 15:00;

Customer service was great - I was actually scammed by a company who took payment from me claiming to be the hotel before I arrived. The guy on reception spent time with me on the phone to booking.com trying to understand what had happened. Whilst this was a stressful experience and the issue remained unresolved, I was upgraded to a better room due to the circumstances.
Hotel was perfect for our stayed - we had one night in Palma before catching a ferry. The location is great for the ferry terminal (however we did still jump in a taxi as we didn't want to carry our bags down the hill). There is also a bus stop nearby to get into central Palma.
The room was comfortable and the breakfast was amazing
