We offer a complete cleaning service every 6 nights of stay, including change of bed linen and towels. For stays of less than 6 nights, or if you wish to increase the cleaning frequency, you can contract an additional service for only €20 per service, VAT included. Following our policy of optimizing resources and caring for the environment, we will change your towels every three nights during your stay. If you wish, you can hire an additional towel change service for €8 per change, VAT included.

Čisté a priestranné izby aj s dobrou kúpeľňou

Cons:

Nepačilo sa mi to že sme sa nevedeli spravit check in okolo 22:00 večer pretože stroj ktorý nam mal dávať karty nefungoval takže sme museli byť prvú noc už o 23:00 na ubytovni a potom sme si vedeli vyzdvihnúť karty ku našej izbe iba medzi 12:00 a 20:00 čo bolo dosť obmedzujúce

Összességében kellemes apartman hotel jó felszereltséggel, ajánlani tudom.
Pros:

Közvetlen buszjárat köti össze a reptérrel. A 15 órai online bejelentkezés előtt érkeztünk, a másik Hesperia hotelben ( kb 150 m) letehettük a bőröndöt és egyéb csomagot. A szoba tágas, az ágy rendkívül kényelmes volt. A felszerelt konyha, a bekészített teafőző és teafilterek, cukor, a szobaszéf külön meglepetés volt. Villamosjárat a város felé 3 perc, Mercadona ugyancsak 3 perc séta.

Cons:

Sajnálatos módon a fürdőszobai mosdó lefolyó nem működött. A recepció csak 12 órától működik, nekünk viszont korábbi időpontjaink voltak a városban.
Jó lenne egy jelzési lehetőség, hogy már érkezéskor bejelenthető legyen az ilyen eset. Pl. a recepción egy gyűjtő doboz erre a célra.
A 3. napon a takarító hölgy gyorsan megoldotta a karbantartó értesítésével, aki 5 perc alatt elhárította a dugulást.

Le calme et la chambre spacieuse

Pas de personnel lors du checkin on a galéré pour valider le checkin sur la machine, L’emplacement est bien éloigné du centre ville, les lits n’étaient pas confortables et la cuisine à renouveler
