Das Hotel ist kein Fünf Sterne Hotelperle wie man von den Bildern denkt. Jedoch wertet die Freundlichkeit des Personals
Pros:

Gute zentrale Lage und extrem freundliches Personal. Vom Empfang bis zum Barkeeeper und Frühstückskellner alle sehr gastfreundlich und bemüht. Frühstückswünsche wie frisch gepresster Saft und frische Eierspeisen wurden erfüllt. Auch echter italienischer Kaffee wird zubereitet- nicht aus dem Automaten. Gute Minibar auf dem Zimmer, bequeme Betten.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind leider alt und etwas herunter gekommen. Definitiv kein deutscher fünf Sterne Standard, eher drei. Aufzüge und Flure müffeln. Es gibt keinen Outdoorbereich. Laminat im Zimmer statt Echtholz.
In Italien werden fünf Sterne für zentrale Lage und elektronische Aufrüstung wie Keycard System und Klimapanel vergeben. Das entspricht nicht unserem Standard im Sinne von top gepflegten Zimmern mit modernen Badinstallationen etc.

Great stay for a 70th birthday
Pros:

Everything nothing I could dislike - the staff went above and beyond to make our stay special as it was for a special birthday. Room was beautiful and had so much space. Really clean and tidy. Would stay here again
