Hote sehr gut, aber die zusätzlichen Kosten zu viel
Pros:

ein grosses Zimmer hate gut platz für ein Zustellbett und ein grosses Bad, das Frühstücksbuffet hatte eine grosse Auswah, es gibt für jeden was, auch Söfte verschiedene Brote

Cons:

fand das Parkplatzproblem nicht gut gelöst, 35 Euro pro Nacht um das Auto zu parkieren zu teuer und die Tagestaxte auch zu viel, haben für 2 Nöchte mit der Taxe zu 3, noch 120 Euro zusätzlich gezahlt

Milan est une ville a visiter, le point positif de l'hôtel est sa proximité avec le centre.
Pros:

le petit déjeuner. L'hôtel est proche de duomo ( 15 min a pied ) ,et des principaux autres monuments a visiter , la station de métro est a cote.

Cons:

La chambre a un aspect vieux , pas très entretenu ( nécessite de redonner une modernité a la décoration et aux meubles ) . Pas de volet . Quand nous sommes arrivés , il faisait très chaud dans la chambre , la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas. On nous a apporté un ventilateur pour brasser l'air.
Le bon fonctionnement de la climatisation a été remédié le soir suite a notre demande.
Le jour du départ , nous avons sollicité l'hôtel pour nous permettre d'aller de l'hôtel a la station de bus ( Flixbus ).
Nous avons eu un taxi ( mais sachez que le fait d'appeler un taxi vous coutera déjà la somme de 9 Euros sur votre course ). La réception de l'hôtel aurait pu gentiment nous le dire pour nous éviter des frais . ( nous sommes déçus de ne pas nous avoir informé).
Nous sommes tombé sur un taxi sans scrupule , qui nous a fait faire un détour sans fin , pour nous facturer une course a 40 Euros. Nous nous sommes fait avoir , par des gens malhonnêtes . Pour votre information , lors de notre arrivé, le même parcours en taxi ( sur quelqu' un de sérieux et pas voleur ) nous a couté seulement 17 Euros au total.
C'est bien dommage pour un hôtel de 5 étoiles.

Ett bra hotell i centrala Milano.
Pros:

Läget.
Personalen, såväl i receptionen som i frukostmatsalen.
Mycket fin frukost.
Hundvänligt.

Cons:

Dålig läsbelysning vid sängen.
Interiören skulle behöva en uppdatering.

Nice hotel, good location. Probably wouldn’t rush back.
Pros:

Location was good. Hotel very opulent.

Cons:

Inability to control air con individually in the rooms. It was much too hot at night and we weren’t allowed to make cooler. Also needs more plugs or charger points.

Pros:

L’emplacement proche du centre. Le personne du petit-déjeuner très gentil, souriant et serviable.

Cons:

Accueil assez froid par le personnel de la réception, équipements vieillots. Hôtel à rénover. Difficile de justifier 5 étoiles.
