Pessimo …… da dimenticare
Pros:

Pessimo Hotel, la mattina appena svegli e’ mancata l acqua per oltre un ora , erano le 9 del mattino .
Chiedendo alla reception che ne avevamo bisogno , ci veniva chiesto pazienza .
Al ceck-out nessuna scusa o spiegazione, anzi mettendo in dubbio che l acqua ancora fosse pochissima come da foto .
Se prendevo la Locanda del Gucciere avrei avuto più assistenza , peccato che avevo prenotato un 5 stelle ( Rubate )

最悪
Cons:

ホテルが五つ星と書いてあるので予約しましたが、荷物を運ぶスタッフは無く、チェックインの時に同じ部屋を3室取りましたが、全然違い、エレベーターの無い階段で、屋根裏部屋という最悪の部屋でした。シャワーもチョロチョロとしか出ず、とにかくスタッフ対応が悪く、文句があるならブッキングドットコムに言えと言われました。とにかく最悪です。返金をお願いします
