Les 4 étoiles sont surcôtées pour la prestation qui manque de professionnalisme

Le sourire et la gentillesse du personnel

La réservation qui n'avait pas tenu compte de tout
La remise des clés alors que la femme de ménage n'avait pas terminé la chambre
Des escaliers un peu partout dans les halls sans accès PMR
L'absence de plateaux au petit déjeuner obligeant à faire plusieurs vvoyages pour se servir
La cuisine du restaurant dont le niveau est à travailler = trop d'approximations par rapport au prix que l'on paye.

Nous garderons un excellent souvenir de ce bref séjour, notamment de la qualité du personnel
Pros:

L'accueil du personnel : assistance pour le parking et les bagages aussi bien à l'arrivée qu'au départ, le choix d'un restaurant (celui de l'hôtel était fermé) et la réservation d'un taxi.

Das Hotel war in Ordnung. Die Lage konnte nicht besser sein.

Dit kon veel beter voor deze prijs.

Verouderd, nood aan verfrissing en vernieuwing. Wij verbleven vorige week in 3 verschillende hotels. Dit hotel is een teleurstelling in verhouding met de andere die goedkoper waren en een heel hoog scoorden op alle vlakken.
Vooral de gangen naar de kamers zijn niet meer van deze tijd.
Prijs-kwaliteit is dit niet in verhouding.

Bijkomend werd er bij onze aankomst een waarborg van onze creditkaart van € 100.00 gehaald. Zonder dit te melden.
Dit is "NOT DONE". Ondanks dat het volledige bedrag van het verblijf reeds volledig was betaald.

Eigentlich gar nichts. Sehr altes Hotel

Cons:

Das Zimmer ist sehr klein, der Teppich stinkt und sehr schmutzig. Die Wände sind schmutzig.
Das Zimmer war neben dem Lift, wir konnten nicht schlafen da der Lift sehr laut war!
Frühstück ist eine schreckliche Erfahrung, Teller und Besteck schmutzig, war alles fast leer im 9:30 Uhr.
Kaffee Tassen waren keine da, nur Becher aus Karton.
Ich habe noch nie so eine schlechte Erfahrung gemacht in einem Hotel!

Podróżujemy od lat - tak słabego 4*hotelu jeszcze nigdy nie spotkaliśmy.

Tylko lokalizacja na plus.

Cons:

Stary, nieremontowany od lat hotel. Brzydki zapach na korytarzach. Jajecznica z proszku, maszyna do gotowania jajek zepsuta. Brak wody w butelce w pokoju.

Gut für einen Aufenthalt für eine Nacht.
Pros:

Sehr zentral, öffentliche Garage mit Hotel-Abstellplätzen und direktem Zugang zum Hotel: sehr angenehm, Personal freundlich, Frühstück in Ordnung, ausreichender Comfort, auf Nachfragen, insbesondere zum Parkplatz habe ich sofort Antwort bekommen. Das Hotel entspricht zweifellos der 4-Sterne-Kategorie.
