Ottima soluzione per il mio pernottamento per lavoro

Posizione centrale, personale alla reception molto professionale, prezzo in linea con la qualità generale della struttura. La dotazione della camera è essenziale me c'è tutto quello che serve. Avrei preferito la doccia rispetto alla vasca/doccia, ma parliamo di dettagli non sostanziali

Cons:

Camera un po' troppo calda, nonostante avessi spento il riscaldamento, ma è bastato dormire con pigiamo leggero per risolvere, parliamo di dettagli che non modificano il giudizio positivo sulla struttura.

Cons:

Le camere hanno la moquette, la trovo un po' obsoleta come pavimentazione. Magari un SPC oppure un pavimento sarebbe stato certamente più confortevole

Deludente, gestione poco professionale di un guasto all'aria condizionata non segnalato sul sito.
Pros:

La pulizia, la posizione, il parcheggio.

Cons:

Arrivato in struttura dopo aver prenotato e pagato in anticipo la camera Executive (€ 177), alla reception apprendo che l'aria condizionata è guasta in tutto l'hotel! A mia richiesta di un ventilatore, mi è stato risposto che non ce n'erano a sufficienza. Salito in stanza, temperatura proibitiva per un soggiorno prolungato. Unica soluzione possibile: andare via e lasciare la stanza in anticipo. Spiace che alla reception non abbiano nemmeno proposto un rimborso parziale della tariffa pagata, ma solo della tassa di soggiorno (che non c'è stato!) e di due bottiglie d'acqua dal frigobar. Deludente e inaccettabile da un hotel 4 stelle e dalla catena: sarebbe bastata una telefonata per avvisarmi dell'inconveniente e annullare il soggiorno, con un rimborso anche parziale.
